Warm and welcoming ADU apartment, located close to downtown (walkable) and right off the main highway 395. Washer and dryer in unit, fully stocked kitchen, 2 queen beds and 1 pull out couch. Large bathroom with shower only. Extra blackets and pillows provided. Outside porch has small table and chairs to enjoy.N umerous extra touches throughout apartment. Must stay! This is a downstairs apartment. It is accessed by a stairwell ( about 10 stairs).

We enjoyed our stay and the space was very well put together. Couch was not fun to sit on, very hard but cute style and color. Host was helpful and communicative when we had questions!

Overnight stay

Worked well for our overnight stay. Room was very clean and had more space than expected. Only thing to note is that the room was a bit hot at night with limited air. Overall nice place.

Perfect and Private

This little apartment was perfect, small , clean, super clean , had all the necessities I needed, frig, comfy beds, washer/dryer, tv, micro, appreciated the coffee pods.Great location , last minute booking to visit my folks, easy to book….. would definitely book again. Note, it’s a downstairs basement apartment, about 10 steps.

Dirty bed sheets left piled on the beds. Unable to stay. Yes, the stairway is dark and a motion light would be helpful for access.At first host was responsive when making the reservation. Contacted her 2 days prior to arrival through the app and never heard back. Texted her the day of arrival with travel location update and never heard back. Traveled 14.5 hours in one day through the remnants of a May Wyoming blizzard, 200 miles of I-80 had been closed the day prior and just reopened early the morning of our reservation. When we arrived in Lake View immediately noticed the dirty sheets were left piled on the beds. Called the host and she did not answer. Called VRBO and they were very helpful. They contacted the host and requested a refund which the host processed. Very disappointed and tired from a long day of travel. Hotels in Lake View were full or not pet friendly. Had to travel another 1.5 to Klamath Falls to check in to a very comfortable resort at 11:00 pm.

First impression is this unit is down in a burrow. Dark paint on entry stairs makes descending a bit dicey especially after dark. The apartment was very nicely decorated and light once you got in. Was surprisingly quiet for being on the highway downtown. Noted some wear and tear from previous guests (loose towel bar and chipped sink, crack in mirror) Shower was comfortable, beds fine, kitchen quite adequate.

Keep in mind it is a Basement apartment, super clean, with big rooms, including the bathroom. We were there, to go the the Sunstone and Opal mines in the area. Very comfortable, the kitchen was decently appointed.

Nice two bedroom, one bath unit. There was ample room for the 4 adults and two dogs that we had staying there. The kitchen table had two benches and two chairs. There was a sleeper sofa and two queen beds. Everything was clean. The light colors helped it feel less like a basement.
