Welcome to our newly remodeled and beautifully furnished home at 20641 Wyandotte St in Winnetka, CA! This charming cul-de-sac home offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience, making it the ideal home away from home for your short-term stay. This cozy house features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms, one comes with a comfortable queen-size bed, the other room/den style has a bunk bed (full on twin with a trundle). Both bedrooms share a well-appointed full bathroom. The bedroom that has the bunk beds currently does not have a door. It has an opening of 72`. The living area is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, with a stylish and comfortable seating area, a large flat-screen TV, ( no cable TV) and high-speed Wi-Fi for a fee. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, and utensils, making it easy to prepare delicious meals.
Enjoy your morning coffee or a gourmet cooked dinner on the private outdoor patio, surrounded by beautiful landscaped backyard with a newly remodeled pool.

Easy access to major highways makes it convenient to explore nearby attractions and experience all that the greater Los Angeles area has to offer. Additional amenities include: Central air conditioning and heating, In-patio washer and dryer, linens and towels, complimentary toiletries. Driveway parking with a carport for two vehicles. We take pride in providing our guests with a clean and well-maintained home, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay. We`re always available for any questions or assistance you may need during your stay. We look forward to hosting you at our lovely home! Owner pays for pool maintenance. WIFI can be available for a fee, and TV has streaming services tenant can watch through their own accounts. Washer and Dryer is located in the patio.

We have plenty of parking, so I would recommend coming by car, 2 free ways are close to us, road: 101 & 118.

We supply the following essentials in starter quantities only (sufficient for up to 3 days):

Shampoo and conditioner
Body wash
Dishwashing detergent
Laundry detergent
Trash bags
Tissue and paper towels

Additional supplies beyond this period must be provided by the guest.


Before requesting a reservation please have a completed profile that includes a clear picture, and verification. Also, please tell me about your group and what brings you to town. I`m entrusting my home to you and I ask that you respect my place and my neighbors.

No drugs or smoking anywhere on the property
No overly loud noise or music between 10 PM and 8 AM = This house is only suitable for families and quiet retreats as it is in a very residential area.

Cleaning Rules:

Guests must clean up after themselves, including washing dishes and taking out the trash.

Guests must leave the property in the same condition as they found it, including furniture and appliances.

There is a cleaning fee for the property.


Guest Behavior Rules:

Guests must respect the neighbors and avoid making excessive noise.
Loud music are not allowed inside the property.



Guests must not engage in unlawful activities inside or outside the property.

Guests who stay more than 28 days must sign a lease agreement.

Pet Rules:

There’s only 1 pet allowed per stay.
Weight limit to 50 pounds per pet.

Only extremely well behaved dogs & housebroken are allowed to stay please.

Pets are not allowed to stay unattended!

• Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• The property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring device (for noise levels only, no audio recording).
• Any violation of the quiet hours or excessive noise complaints will result in a $200 penalty fee.
