Welcome to the Pendleton Loft!

Historic Charm: Set on the third floor of an 1865 building, this urban loft pairs vintage architecture with modern comforts.

Entertainment Hub: Features a large Smart TV, Nintendo gaming system, classic arcade games, board games, and foosball table for group fun.

Kitchen & Dining: Well-equipped kitchen with open dining area perfect for family-style meals and social gatherings.

Space: Lofted layout provides ample room for groups to spread out and enjoy multiple activities.

The space:

Spacious Layout: 5 beds, 2 full baths, accommodates 10 adults (including 1 on sofa and 1 on an air mattress). Features high ceilings and open loft design. One bedroom (bedroom 4) is walk through.

Entertainment: Equipped with foosball, arcade games, board games, video games, and relaxing hanging chair

Amenities: On-site laundry, fully equipped kitchen, and accessible back patio

Prime Location: Walking distance to Hard Rock Casino, restaurants, bars, breweries, Ziegler Park (0.2 mi), Washington Park (0.3 mi), Kroger (0.6 mi), and downtown Cincinnati/OTR/U of C attractions

The condo was great! It was clean, very roomy and unique. We did run out of paper towels and we had to get new batteries for the tv remote. I would suggest being more transparent in the Vrbo description by explaining that the condo unit 3 means 3rd floor and there is no elevator. The building is more of a brownstone with a steep stair climb. Also, the parking situation should be explained up front and explained that parking is within walking distance, 7 minutes as instructed in the check-in process, which is given after you book the location. There were a couple of people on our trip that had trouble walking and climbing stairs. This would not have been an ideal location for us if we had this information up front. Overall, we made adjustments and enjoyed our stay.
