Welcome to your home away from home! This newly constructed, spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom rental is perfect for families, groups, and pet lovers. Nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac in a peaceful complex, you'll enjoy privacy while being centrally located to town and just minutes from Cal Poly Humboldt.

Inside, you'll find an extremely comfortable living space with updated appliances, a fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need for a seamless stay. The fully fenced yard makes it ideal for pets and outdoor relaxation. Whether you're here for work, play, or a little of both, this modern retreat has everything you need for a memorable stay!

This is NOT a house. This is an apartment in a shared driveway in the back of the worst looking area I’ve ever seen in eureka. We arrived late and noticed this wasn’t in fact a house, it was an apartment. Really weird it was 2 story but we didn’t have access to the upstairs because the door was locked. Weird. There’s another apartment attached to the bottom half that is connected to the apartment as well. Really close. Needless to say my wife was uncomfortable and we asked the owner if we could check out early and get a refund for remaining days we booked, they immediately decided not to help us nor resolve this issue. Disgusting way to treat guest. Zero stars

A very nice and quiet location at the end of an at the end of a cul-de-sac with easywalking access to Arcata. Close to Cal poly Humboldt and the 101 so you can travel up and down the coast to other sites. Walking distance to Murphy’s market for most of your grocery needs. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to cook a nice meal. Beds are very comfortable. we had six people staying there very comfortably for three weeksand everything was perfect. Would stay there again no problem.

Everything you could possibly ask for.

Amy's place is so beautiful. We loved the furniture and greatly appreciated that she had luggage racks in each room. As animal lovers we also appreciated the care Amy took to accommodate pets even though ours are at home on the east coast. This place is just great and it is obvious that Amy has done everything possible to ensure a great stay.
