Lovely, spacious apartment with outdoor patio living in beautiful Morro Bay
Your home away from home in Morro Bay with 1 bedroom is the bottom level of my two story house. Sectioned off with your own private entrance and parking. This gorgeous apartment features a cozy living room with a sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The bedroom boasts a tremendous California king bed for a restful night's sleep. Enjoy the quaint bathroom amenities provided, including a heat lamp. Stay connected with WiFi and stay warm with two space heaters during your stay. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. Since this is my home I ask for complete respect including noise level: this is not equivalent to a motel room where you can party or stay up all night; I have strict quiet hours for us that begin at 10 pm until 7 am. Please no smoking if any kind not even in the yard. You might see my two cats walking around. They are the ambassadors and love to greet guests :-) This apartment has been listed on another vacation rental company for almost ten years.

Hello, I’ve been hosting guests from around the world on another site for ten years and I love it. I like sharing my home and all of the nature Morro Bay has to offer. It’s been a wonderful way to support my family too. I raised my three sons here since 2003, and love sharing the history of the area if you’re curious. I know all of the hiking trails and offer suggestions for best sightseeing and local favorites .

It’s a nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach, where everyone is respectful about noise. Everyone is friendly and enjoys living here.

The apartment has great energy, people say. It has my personal touches based on what I love (and need) when I travel the world. I offer free beach bikes; makes for a super fun date, to ride them to the Embarcadero for dinner/drinks. And two single kayaks for rent at a very discounted rate.
