Absolutely unforgettable. This property is five stars in every sense and then some.I cannot say enough about this place. The location is simply breathtaking. Waking up each morning to sweeping ocean views, watching the sunrise and sunset from different angles, this place was absolutely incredible. I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. The location alone is worth five stars. The home was spotless, comfortable, and very accommodating for our group. It felt welcoming the moment we arrived and truly felt like a home, not just a place to stay.Cody, the host, was excellent. Her professionalism really stood out. Anytime we needed something, she responded quickly and made it happen without hesitation. You could tell she genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience.And then there’s Chef Ms. Evan. Wow. Every meal she cooked had our entire group blown away. The food was outstanding, but even more than that, she took such great care of us. By the end of the trip, she felt like family, and we couldn’t leave without officially welcoming her into ours.We will definitely be back to Jamaica, and this property will always be where we stay. It has truly become OUR Jamaican home. Thank you for taking such great care of us and making this trip unforgettable for my entire family.

Ms. Yvonne was great, she was very kind and accommodating, she cooked us delicious Jamaican breakfast every morning and was a gem. The host was also very responsive when issues arose. The house was OK…it is very spacious and accommodated our group of 13 very comfortably. The view is breathtaking and waking up to the oceans sounds every day was lovely. However, personally I would not rent this property again. The house is old and requires a lot of maintenance. Off and on there is a smell that comes out of the toilets, it’s not constant but its seems to be a sewage problem. Also there were a few times my family was mid shower and there was no water in the entire home or the water pressure was extremely low. Additionally, the floors in the home & the master bed room could use a good cleaning . The house doesn’t have central a/c but there is a/c in all the rooms. Two fans are provided to help with the heat. Overall the house was adequate and served the main purpose of accommodating a large group, however I wouldn’t return.

My stay here was wonderful! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and stylish. The location was great. Right next to the beach and at night nice and quiet. The owner was responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend to others.

The house was beautiful, with an amazing outdoor and breathtaking views. The 7th bedroom was outside the main house and had no a/c or bathroom so I wouldn’t consider it a usable space. We still had ample space without using that area. Ivonne was amazing, she checked on us almost everyday to make sure we were doing ok, she truly an asset. There’s neighborhood security, so we always felt safe. It’s a close drive to Ocho Rios, so you’ll be close to attractions but you will need transportation if you want to explore. I highly recommend this Villa.
