Phenomenal stay over Xmas! The beautifully manicured compound is spectacular, the house staff is superb, and the food was absolutely delicious. Ms. B. is marvelous chef who shopped for us every day and cooked up curried shrimp, Caribbean lobster, and whole variety of authentic Jamaican dishes. Terrific house manager who had local contacts throughout the island and who made our bookings and negotiated prices on our behalf. Truly relaxing vacation, lots of terrific sights to see, and many enduring memories made by everyone in our group ranging from age 8 to 80. Our highest recommendation!

Very nice place and great staff

We had a great week at the crystal cove villa. Arthur is a very friendly and accommodating host and the staff are wonderful and cook some amazing meals. Beautiful setting right on the water and conveniently located to local attractions like Blue Home, Dunn’s River Falls, Mystic Mountain, etc.

Beautiful Property !

If you are looking for an island vacation property this is definitely it. Beautiful property, pictures don’t do it justice. Host and staff were all extremely kind, hospitable and responsive to all our needs and requests. The only con was the lack of air conditioning or in the common area of the main houseAll together a lovely time, would definitely come back!

Ideal house for our annual strategic meeting

Property is exactly as shown, large main house with small cottages for guests' intimacy. The infinity pool falling into the ocean is really stunning, the staff was attentive to our needs and expectations and the Chef is amazing! all meals were great. Overall a perfect stay, our only wish was to be able to stay longer...

Crystal Cove- Kelley Family and Friends

We absolutely loved our stay at Crystal Cove. The place is beautiful and designed so nice! My family and I really enjoyed ourselves. The place is located right in the city, there were many excursions to do. The staff were phenomenal!!! Although the property itself made our trip really fun, the staff being amazing topped it off. The food was great, Ms. Felicia and her crew are amazing. My family and I will definitely be back.

Better than the Pictures

This property is amazing! We were a party of 10, 4 adults, 5 teen agers (15-17) an 8 year old and everyone love it. We had planned on doing several excursions but everyone loved the property so much we spent most of our time there, snorkeling, kayaking, sliding into the ocean, playing board games etc. The staff is very attentive and helpful, and the chef's cooking is wonderful. Can't wait for our next visit.

This is a fabulous property with an exceptional staff!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Crystal Cove Villa. There was an ongoing problem with the jacuzzi. The owner was aware and tried very hard to fix the problem, but they were never able to address it. Otherwise everything was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Magical Stay

Beautiful location that’s better than the pictures. Lots of areas to hang out. Staff was friendly helpful and flexible. The best we’ve worked with. We loved how quiet and peaceful the location is and felt very safe at all times. The kids loved the pool, slide and trampoline along with the fabulous snorkeling. Only negative was no beach to walk along. But that wasn’t advertised. Very memorable New Year’s Eve trip. We loved it!

Best 21st Birthday EVER

I first want to say thank you to Jordan and the amazing staff at Crystal Cove. My gift to my sister for her 21st was this trip and there was nothing that could have made it better! Vincent’s amazing curry, Norma and Dian’s pleasant demeanors and helpfulness, and Richardo’s drinks made this trip everything I could’ve wanted for my sister and thensome! If you’re having second thoughts about booking, DONT! You’ll be missing an experience of a lifetime!

Stop looking.... this is it!!! I've been very fortunate in my life and have traveled up and down the Caribbean, this is it! Inside the house, it has gorgeous bedrooms, exotic showers, living room, with a professional kitchen. Outside is where it's at.... look at the pictures!!! Imagine an amazing sound system with all of the outdoor living anyone could ask for. At night, enjoy the fire pit right on the ocean. I'm coming back!!!

Thank you Ms. Barbara, Ms. Diane & Ricardo

Ms.Barbara, Ms.Diane and Ricardo were absolutely amazing, and are the reason we would go back. In addition, driver Oneil was also amazing. View at property is unmatched. Few things in house were not working Jacuzzi wasn’t working at all, firepit needed some maneuvering from Ricardo for it to work, seemed like wires had to be taped down by him or something. We could not use it once he was gone in the evening. Ceiling fan in the living room was not working, and the living room doesn’t have AC. Overall the location was great, my family had a great time and the people that work at that house were amazing.

If you are considering staying at this property…DO IT! My husband and I have now been to Jamaica 5 times and this was by far the best experience we’ve had. The property, the grounds, the house are not only immaculate but it’s also really fun. From our driver O’Neil who took care of 8 of us for 10 days, to the management, to the staff…5 star treatment! Miss Barbara and Miss Norma rocked it in the kitchen…Miss Diane made sure house was well taken care of and Ricardo constantly working to keep the grounds and the pool beautiful (he also made sure we had drinks in our hands) The staff made our trip an unforgettable memory..we would come back to this property for another amazing vacation in a heartbeat 💗

Aesthetically, this villa is beautiful and has a lot of potential. However, for the price paid, the experience fell below my expectations. There are several upgrades and repairs clearly needed — and I understand that improvements are in progress.During our stay, we experienced several issues: no hot water in some showers, the pool and jacuzzi required maintenance upon arrival, AC issues in the Puss House, electrical malfunctions in the Dog House, a missing bathroom door handle in the Octopus Room, non-working TVs, and a presence of ants and mosquitoes in various rooms. Also, the main kitchen/family area lacked a fan, making it uncomfortable at times. That said, the chef was absolutely amazing, and the other staff members did their best to accommodate us and make our stay enjoyable. We still managed to have a great time, but with some much-needed updates, this property could truly deliver the luxury experience it advertises.

A must stay!

The property is great for couples or families. The uniqueness of the rooms is a change from standard hotel rooms. The outdoor area allows for the privacy that makes you feel like your on an island by yourself. The staff was great! The chef and her team was outstanding. The housekeeper ensured that everything was tidy and clean. The maintenance guy was great with the upkeep of the property. Last but not least the property manager worked with us from the reservation until we were back home. Everyone was exceptional in their responsibilities. One con was the electric went off multiply times. The AC in one of the cottages was out all night from the outage. The should be addressed immediately.

Dear Calvin, Thank you very much for taking the time to review your recent stay with us! We are delighted to know that you enjoyed the property and amenities that we offer! I am very pleased to know that our entire team made your holidays a positive and an exceptional experience. I will share your feedback with them to let them know to keep up the amazing work. Thank you for sharing what we should improve with us. We do appreciate your feedback. Once again please do accept my sincere apologies for the electrical outages. I contacted the electricity provider (the only one on the island) the day of your departure to discuss this matter. Unfortunately they were working in certain areas of the city to improve the overhead power lines and that evening (when power outages occurred) they had to run the tests in our community. We do apologize for the inconvenience this caused. We will continue working towards improving our systems. I also conveniently placed the notes with my personal number in every bedroom (bedside table), in case of any situations, to be able to reach me directly, for emergencies or if something was wrong. I am available for our guest and I am sure if I received earlier the information (when power outage happened at 5 pm) I would be able to restart and repair the AC unit - for it to be ready to work at night. I was not aware of this issue and I do apologize for the inconvenience it caused. I hope overall your experience and stay with us was pleasant and this situation did not affected your trip negatively. We wish that we will be able in the future to make your stay and experience even better and that your next visit will run smoothly without any issues. We hope to see your group back very soon! All that i can say is WOW! I knew from reading all the positive reviews that crystal cove was the perfect place for us to stay but once we arrived it really put things into perspective. This place blew us away and if i could give it a rating of 20 i would. Lol But in all seriousness this villa was perfect. From the cleanliness to the excellent staff, the views and the food, oh boy the food was my favorite! If you are looking for the perfect place to stay with a group of friends or family i highly recommend crystal cove. It's a 10 out of 10 for sure. Amazing Birthday Weekend Celebration at Crystal Cove Villa!

I selected Crystal Cove Villa to celebrate my 40th birthday with friends. The villa truly lived up to our expectations. The property is well maintained. The scenery is spectacular! And staff are so welcome, fun and very sweet. They even sang me a birthday song and made me a birthday card! We ate very well during our stay because the chef is a great cook! We were all very comfortable in our rooms and spent a lot of our time at the villa exploring the water: kayaking, swimming, snorkeling, and sunbathing on the water trampoline. I even saw a stingray! It was not harmful at all. Jordan, the property manager was easily accessible and very understanding. The owner Arthur, heard that the ladies were craving coconut water and he brought us coconuts for breakfast!! I really enjoyed myself and I am so glad that I selected Crystal Cove Villa to host our group.

Pretty House but nothing works

I rented this villa going off the pictures and the overall rating it received however; my experience wasn’t what I expected. First, I didn’t have any correspondence with the owner until days prior to my trip even with booking over six months in advance. The owner reached out the day when if I decided to cancel my booking I would only receive half of my money or even no money. They were several things that didn’t work inside of the house including the main refrigerator and the living room air conditioning systems. One of the bedroom tv didn’t work and was infected with water bugs. When these concerns were brought up to the owner he stated and I will quote “ this is a third country”. The water pressure in some of the rooms was horrible. The best things about this house the gardener Ricardo and the house attendant Ms. D.... but besides that my guest and I tired to make the best out of a bad situation. But when your paying over 2,000 for the night better service and up keep should be guaranteed.

Dear Pamela, Thank you for staying with us and taking the time to leave your review. We are ordinarily known for our exemplary customer service here which is why I truly apologize that your experience was not what you expected and for issues that occurred during your stay. We really appreciate you bringing this problems to our attention, all feedback is important to us. As you can hopefully see from our other reviews, your situation is the exception and far from our usual high standards. Keeping our guests happy is our number one priority therefore we provided training to all members of our team in order to improve the communication and guest experience. Perfection in Paradise

If you are seeking vacation perfection in every possible way, you've found it! This was our fifth trip to Jamaica, and it was by far the best. Our daughter chose Crystal Cove Villa for her senior trip. The property is immaculate, but the staff really makes the place stellar. Joana is the consummate professional, managing every need and even the unexpected with aplomb and grace. She is also an exceptional tour planner, and her best suggestion was contracting Oneil Taylor for all our tour/transportation needs. His service was exceptional and was only outshined by his personality. Mrs. Barbara is an absolute force of nature in the kitchen and is also one of the kindest, most patient and most nurturing people. Christine and Norma were fantastic. Diane kept the house in perfect order. And, of course, Ricardo was always in motion keeping the grounds looking perfect…or creating an amazing cocktail. Crystal Cove Villa is above reproach. The villa was designed to showcase harmony between the indoor and outdoor worlds. Each room has a unique feel, from the restive quiet main floor front bedroom to the engaging over-water cottage and outdoor shower. Watching the sun set from the infinity pool was spectacular, and the ambiance created by the landscape lighting after sunset simply added to the magic. The slide, trampoline and private stairs into the ocean were group favorites. If you can book this villa, do it. Don't wait or second-guess. You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful villa, wonderful getaway

We just returned from a lovely couple’s getaway at Crystal Cove. We were a group of 5 couples, several of us celebrating our 20th wedding anniversaries. The villa is situated over crystal clear turquoise water where we swam and snorkeled during the day. The outdoor areas are well laid out and plentiful. We spent all day outside, enjoying the hot tub, swimming, playing games, reading and relaxing. The lanai over near the waterslide is especially cool and comfortable. There were a few hiccups regarding the hot tub not working, but the staff got it repaired as quickly as they could. There was also a misunderstanding regarding the cost of food, but Jordan was able to clear that up. Just be aware that groceries in Jamaica are more expensive than in the States, and it ran us about $250 per couple for food for a week ($1250 for 10 of us - but some of that expense was because of a gluten allergy, which is always more expensive). It’s actually not a bad price at all, but our initial expectations were for a lower amount, which led to us needing to accompany the chef to the grocery store for more food, and having to figure out money among us, neither of which any of us wanted to do while on vacation. It wound up not being that big of a deal, but I just wish we would have paid a lot more up front for groceries so that we wouldn’t have had to even think about it. All that aside, the staff was wonderful and took really great care of us. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have A/C in all of our rooms. All in all, it was an unforgettable week, and we are very grateful.

Beautiful Property, But With Issues

This property is aesthetically gorgeous, absolutely beautiful. There were a few issues. There was an electrical current in the pool that "grabbed" my daughters. We discovered this on our second day. Staff turned off the circuit breakers to the lights in the pool, but that did not stop the electricity. The electrician could not figure out how to fix the problem. That made me very suspicious about the wiring for the lights in the pool. This was an obviously serious safety concern. We didn't use it for the rest of our visit as the owner could not remedy this situation. Lots of bugs converge on the trees in the bathrooms. One shower wouldn't drain. The house was impeccably clean. It is a tropical location, so expect to see huge cockroaches in the bedrooms/bathrooms. The staff were outstanding, especially Ricardo - he provided expert assistance throughout. The head cook gave me receipts for every food purchase. The food was great. There is no table inside the house where we could sit down and eat at as a family. So be advised, bugs come to dinner with you outside. We were not allowed to secure the house when we left during the day, even though staff used an outside kitchen. No privacy during the day, always 3 to 5 staff going in and throughout the house. Not being able to use the pool for the remainder of our trip was a real downer and is unacceptable for the price we paid. Lovely property, but I'll pass next time.

I would like to take the time to address this extremely unruly and rude guest. She started trying to find issues during her stay after we advised outside guest are not allowed on property. The pool uses a low voltage light. It is not possible for someone to electrocuted or hurt from a low voltage pool light. Guest were also advised of this and continued using the pool through out there stay but still mentioned it. There were no pictures of inside dining???? Why would you assume miraculously one just appeared that weren’t in the photos?? Staff go I. The house to clean 😂😂😂. This guest is so ridiculous we absolutely will never rent to them again and will pass if they try and book in the future. There are no peer either in the house unless open food containers are left in the rooms which they were
