Wailea Grand Champions #147 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, ground floor unit with no stairs, it is friendly for seniors or with small children. The Grand Champions in Wailea has golf course view. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave convection oven combo in lieu of a conventional oven, queen bed in the master, 2 twin beds in the guest room. Wailea Grand Champions #147 can sleep up to 4 people. The view is of lush tropical landscaping and has a good location to the pool and parking. This property has window unit air conditioning in both bedrooms no air conditioning in the living room, washer and dryer, Cable TV, and internet service.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 24 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience.
The nearby Ulua and Mokapu Beaches are a quick drive down the hill from The Grand Champions Villas in Wailea. The complex is surrounded by lovely tropical gardens. It is located in the exclusive Wailea Resort. The complex offers two swimming pools, sundecks, spa tubs, restrooms, showers and barbecue grills. In addition the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena are minutes away as well as the famous Wailea Tennis Club. Wailea Grand Champions consists of 188 units in 20 two- and three-story buildings. Each unit offers a lanai with garden views.
** Important Notices: The fairway pool (pool #2) will be closed for maintenance October 13-21, 2026. The office pool (pool #1) will be closed for maintenance December 2-16, 2026. Contact the Rentals Maui office for additional information. **

Great view of golf course, nice pool, nice beach toys. Umbrella was broken when we arrived, but that isn’t their fault.

Great location

Condo was in a great location. Close to beaches, shopping and restaurants whether you’re walking or driving. Unit was a bit outdated but it was clean and our stay was comfortable. Was provided with an electronic welcome book before arrival that provided helpful information. Would stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my 8th trip to Maui and each time I come, I try to get a place at Grand champions. I was lucky enough to find this place available for my trip as it was only planned a month in advanced. When I arrived everything was clean and well decorated. I enjoy the location as usual and the amenities like the two pools and hot tubs available. My one week here was delightful and comfortable.
