IMPORTANT: This is a basement/lower-level two-bedroom unit in a house. The basement is newly built and has a 9-foot ceiling.
✓ Tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings and modern amenities throughout.
✓ Two bedrooms + One Full Washroom: great place for a 4-person stay.
✓ Cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen, TV, and dining area.
✓ A separate Washer and Dryer with washing supplies.
***BASEMENT LAYOUT***
- Living room with comfy sofa, and large TV
- Kitchen: Large open-concept kitchen fully equipped for your cooking time
- Dining table with 5 seating arrangments
