For best results, we recommend turning on both A/C units and placing the fans to create airflow toward the queen bedroom. Please allow 1–2 hours for the loft to cool down, especially during peak afternoon heat.

The home where this loft is located has been in our family for years, and it's filled with memories. My husband, also an attorney, practiced law in New York, and we lived in this house before moving west for work.
To preserve our connection to Buffalo and share its charm with others, we recently transformed the attic level of our historic home on Linwood Avenue into an independent loft apartment.
