Stay in this newly renovated, stylish apartment with modern finishes, open-concept living, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy two spacious bedrooms with king & 2 twin beds, spa-like bathrooms, high-speed WiFi, Smart TV, in-unit laundry, and central AC. Includes dedicated parking! Located near shops, restaurants, and attractions, with easy access to downtown. Book now for a chic, comfortable stay!

Second floor apartment with front and rear access. Dedicated parking for 1 car in the rear. If you need additional parking please let me know and I can likely accommodate. The apartment is outstanding! Spacious living and dining rooms with access to front patio. Fully stocked and equipped modern kitchen with laundry. Primary bedroom with king sized memory foam bed and secondary with 2 full sized beds. 2 full bathrooms, one with walk in shower and the other with soaking tub/shower. The unit is awesome!

Clean, quiet for the city, plenty of room with the two bedroom and two full baths. The kitchen is adequately furnished for simple cooking or getting delivery. The washer/dryer were nice for a longer stay. Offstreet parking was another boon. We had a minor issue at the beginning which the host quickly responded to and resolved, much appreciated. The location is great for Roger’s Park, Evanston, but a bit further from the loop. Everything you need for shopping is nearby, including a few restaurants in walking distance. Good to have a car though, to visit all the eateries and shops on Clark, a 10 minute drive, as is the beach. Would totally stay there again.

Clean, quiet, cute!

We loved our stay! Check in was very easy and keyless entry was a plus. The kitchen was spacious and well outfitted with supplies and coffee. The beds were super comfortable and having two bathrooms was a huge plus. Also, closets had plenty of hangers and iron with ironing board. And, we were thankful for the air conditioning because the weather while we were there was especially hot and humid. The unit is above this darling local coffee spot, which was a nice perk. The host was outstanding at communication. I highly recommend staying with him.

Chicago Girls Trip

Apartment was as described; very clean, spacious and bright. Kitchen & bathrooms are up-to-date and well appointed. Beds are very comfortable. Onsite parking available for 2 vehicles. Convenient for sightseeing around Chicago; located in nice residential neighborhood. Host responded quickly and very satisfactorily to our questions. Would recommend the apartment.

Nice Apartment

Matthew did a great job with the recent remodel; no corners cut. Perfect for a family of four. The apartment was very clean, well-stocked and with ample parking. Matthew is a very responsive host. It was nice that there are two full baths, so more than one person can shower at a time. The location is centrally located for those wishing to visit both the north suburbs, in addition to the north side of Chicago.
