House Rules:

✔ Please be respectful of the neighbors. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood.
✔ Respect the quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM
✔ Check-in: 4 PM - Check-out: 11 AM
✔ No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1,000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air and clean carpets and scrub walls.
✔ No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected.
✔ No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
✔ No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up station
✔ No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture
✔ No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.
✔ No Pre-Checking Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee)
✔ On-site Parking is available for additional $25 per day
✔ No Parking anywhere other than assigned spaces and available street parking
✔ Please treat our home with care and report any issues immediately
