The studio is upscale modern, perfect for a couple or 2-4 teens/young adults and features a kitchenette, queen bed, two-twin trundle, and full bathroom. The one-bedroom is beachy/rustic, has a main bedroom with walk-in closet, two sofa beds (one full, one twin) in the living room, a full bathroom, a full kitchen, and a large dining room table for 6-8 people!

The apartments are 5 minutes from the airport and boasts easy access to virtually all of the amazing tourist spots in PR! On the beach right behind the building you will find: Safe swimming water, umbrella and beach chair rentals, Jet Ski rentals, Banana boat rentals, Parasailing, great food and drinks right on the beach, and lots of fun people-watching!

(The tennis courts are currently under repair as of April 2023)

Important note as we go into hurricane season!!! Technically this apartment’s cancellation policy is 30 days. However, we understand that if a hurricane is coming to Puerto Rico, people might not want to travel. Therefore, for any bookings from September 1 to November 1, if there is a serious threat of a hurricane and you don’t want to come at that time, we would be happy to move your reservation to another date without any penalty. In other words, you can reschedule your vacation without losing any money with us!!!
