We love to host, so if you need something special let us know. Fast speed internet included. The whole house is accessible, except a locked closet and attic. Attached garage and private driveway included with rental! Room for 4 cars. Washer & dryer in home!

Please note the bedroom layouts: 1st floor bedroom has queen bed. Other guest room has queen bed and Primary has king bed. Note: THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. There is also a 10pm noise ordinance in our community. We respect our neighbors so we ask you do the same. No extra guests and NO SMOKING ON OUR PROPERTY (this includes patio & balconies). If you have any concerns please ask us.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT (PLEASE READ):
-6 People can sleep in the 3 beds.
-If over 6 guests staying - we have a single rollaway bed in Primary Room closet.
-Also, we have two air mattresses in the first floor bedroom closet.
-Also, someone can sleep on the couch.

HOUSE RULES:

NO PARTIES AND NO EXTRA GUESTS! ($500 fine from deposit.) No loud music at all past 9pm and no hanging out on driveway, patios or rooftop terrace after 9pm (unless ok’d by us)! We have exterior cameras. Please respect our neighbors.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ON OUR PROPERTY! This includes patio and balcony. ($500 fine from deposit.)

CHECK OUT TIME IS 10AM SHARP! If you do not leave and our cleaners can not get in, you will be charged a $250 late check-out fee.

DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE AROUND. There are wood floors in the home and if you scratch them they will need to be rebuffed and there is a significant charge for that. NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI OF ANY KIND. $50-$150 for excess cleaning.

WIFI: There are wifi boosters plugged into the wall in first two stairwells. Please leave them plugged in. If you do not see the WiFi showing up, then make sure someone has not unplugged the main Google WiFi Hub on 3rd floor guest bedroom (left side of bed). WiFi code found on VRBO app once approved for stay.

AC: Do not put AC lower then 70. Each floor is zoned with separate temperature controls. Do not put heat on if other floors are on AC. Return AC back to 74.

CHECK OUT:
If you use our dishes please clean them using dishwasher and put back up. If you damage any pans, glasses, etc, you will be charged.

TRASH: Make sure to remove all kitchen trash out of home and put into outside cans. Remove ALL food from home. This includes fridge & freezer.

LINENS: leave on bed, place towels in bath tub or on tile floor.

AC: Put AC back to original settings 74.

WE WILL CHARGE AN EXTRA CLEANING FEE OUT OF YOUR DEPOSIT IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW CHECK-OUT RULES! Please treat our home as you would treat yours.

FOR LONGER STAYS:
-Main trash is every MONDAY morning. Please wheel BOTH trash cans to the street for pick up. Wheel back after it's picked up. When you check out, make sure to bring all trash outside and put into trash cans.

-You're welcome to use washer/dryer. If you use all of our detergent we ask that you buy your own after that.
-Please treat our home the way you would want your house treated.
