Discover the beauty of Santa Rosa Beach from this superb 10-bedroom house. With 5 king beds, 4 queen beds, and 4 twin beds, this marvelous property offers a comfortable stay for all guests.

This Brand New 10 bedroom home is nestled along the beautiful beaches of 30A.Located in one of the most desirable areas of 30A, this home boasts a private pool and spa, (pool and spa heat available for an additional fee from October- March only) along with a built in fire pit.

The main home has 5 king suits, 2 queen and one bunk room with 4 twins. Both ground floor rooms are king suits. Each room has an attached full bath as well as a ground floor half bath with a door to the pool.

The carriage home has 2 queen suits on the second floor with attached bathrooms. Downstairs you will find a lounge with 83” tv and mini fridge, along with extra dining seating. Also attached is a game room with an inside/outside bar with a roll up door. Inside is a ping pong table and dart board along with some seating and barstools.

This home is sure to meet everyone’s needs and comfortably sleeps 22 in beds.

The neighborhood has deeded beach access and is only a block away from long leaf trail which is a 13 mile nature trail that runs throughout point Washington.

6 passenger lithium golf cart included.

We loved the house, it’s beautiful. It had plenty of room for everyone. They also had a countertop ice maker which came in handy for a big group of people. We also enjoyed the pool, ping pong table and golf cart.

Incredibly Beautiful Property for One Big Beautiful Family Vacation

This house was an absolute dream! Immaculate and spacious! We had 7 families for a total of 26 people for our Annual Family Vacation. It was perfect for all age groups. The kids enjoyed the pool, the young adults enjoyed the game room and the much older adults still had places on the balcony to sit enjoy some quiet time. I highly recommend this property for big families and big fun!

This place has everything! Was beautifully equipped to handle all of us! The only thing the kitchen lacked was a pizza cutter! It even had a pack and play and a great high chair for our 2 year old! The pool was wonderful and it was just perfect for us! Only thing I’d wish for was an earlier check-in time… maybe 3:00pm! Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing home! Fully stocked!

We just stayed a few nights but couldn’t be more impressed with this home and setup. We didn’t have enough guests to fill it up, but there is so much space! The pool and spa are amazing and the fire pit adds an extra layer of relaxation in the evenings. The bedrooms all have their own bathrooms and the bedding is sooooo comfortable. The owners spared no expense for comfort here. I can’t wait to come back with a bigger group!!
