Experience East Hampton like a local in this 4 bedroom fully equipped home. This wonderful property boasts 4 queen beds ( and two additional blow up twin beds for extra guests) perfect for a tranquil getaway. With amenities like an outside terrace, outdoor shower and beach gear provided, guests can spend a wonderful day enjoying local beaches and a relaxing evening on the terrace with a glass of their favorite beverage.The 3 bathrooms offer a bathtub and shower for added convenience. The large terrace supports al fresco dinning with a table for 8. Fall in love with East Hampton and enjoy the magic it has to offer. The owner does occupy a basement apartment with a separate entrance and no involvement with the 4 bedroom house or gardens.

Peter was an awesome host and his home was just like the pictures! Although his quarters were directly underneath us, we didn’t hear him nor did he bother us during our stay. His entrance was also separate from ours. The home also had a beautiful backyard, a comfortable air mattress for additional guests, and plenty of beach towels. We had a great stay! Thank you!

House was very nice, the pictures need to be updated as the house is ten times better than what is pictured! A lot of space, and the backyard is stunning and well maintained! All amenities were helpful and instructions super straight forward. I wasn’t aware that the owners live on property and wish it was mentioned as we have VERY loud children and I would’ve probably stayed clear from booking as they are a lot ( this is why we usually rent a house and not hotels ) other than that 10/10.

Highly recommended! Responsive and kind owner, well thought out with everything you might need. But mostly -the back yard is truly amazing! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again.
