BrookViewは、美しい小川の頂上にある、適切な名前の魅惑的な丸太小屋です。 フェアマウンテンエーカーの森の中にあり、シャクナゲに囲まれていますが、ブローイングロックのダウンタウンから5マイル未満です。 この2400平方フィートの大きなエアコン付きの家には、3つの外側のポーチがあります（すべて快適な座席とダイニングテーブルが備わっています）。 トップバックポーチはスクリーニングされ、小川を見渡せます。 小川とともに、人里離れた1エーカーの敷地には、家族と一緒にホットドッグやスモアを調理するためのハンモック、タイヤスイング、木製の山のあるファイヤーピットがあります。

This beautiful home was clean & decorated beautifully for the Christmas season.Comfortable linens were provided. It easily accommodated our family of 10. The downstairs living/bunk area was perfect for the kids. They loved the foosball! The cabin’s gas logs provided warmth as well as ambiance.After an afternoon of snow tubing it was great to return to a fabulous cabin to relax in. We will definitely stay here again!

Clean, beautifully decorated, warm, inviting, comfortable. Plenty of seating for everyone with two levels of TV/ family rooms. Three full baths too, porches were charming…a beautiful Fall weekend for our extended family including an infant and 3 year old!

Loved the house, it was perfect for us. Kitchen had plenty of supplies. Lots of space to store items we brought. Living room was comfy and a great space to relax by the fire. Host responded quickly. Location was great for our weekend plans.

GREAT place - only one snag.

This place is CRAZY nice and CRAZY clean - well done! QUALITY furniture and dishes, etc... the only thing I would suggest is to take down the fire pit as an amenity. Is was completely unusable - and it was one of the things we planned to do every night - so this was a BIG BUMMER! Amenities are the reason we chose certain places, and part of the reason for cost of a rental, so I would at least update that it might not be available. This home was perfection otherwise.

Very nice!!

Our party of four adults really enjoyed the cabin. We mostly treated it like a motel room. No cooking or use of the jacuzzi. But the kitchen was set up well and seemed to have all the equipment and utensils necessary. The decor was rustic without going overboard. Beds were comfy.Great location, Easy access to property. We may certainly return if the need for a larger place arises again.

2025 Girls Trip

This cabin was perfect for a group of 8 women on their annual girls trip. There was plenty of room for all of us and the kitchen is very well equipped for all things cooking indoors. There is even a crockpot for cooking soups and stews to come home to.

My wife and I are originally from Kingsport, TN and Winston-Salem, NC, respectively. I attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville while my wife attended Appalachian State University right down the road in Boone, NC. I think we have always loved the mountains. Therefore, in 2004 we designed and built this authentic log cabin for not only our family, but for your family, to enjoy. We have made many great family memories in this cabin. We have also enjoyed bringing both friends and family to Brookview. There are so many wonderful and varied things to do in this area. This is also the place just to sit by the fire or sit out on the porch.

One of the reasons we selected this property is because of its great location. It is so easy to get to from any direction, rain or shine. Everything you wish to do in this area is in close proximity to our cabin. The property itself is beautiful with the stream, the woods, and the rhododendron.

This cabin has been professionally decorated to make you feel like you have stepped directly in a home, rather than a rental. Many of the headboards, tables, nightstands, etc. have been handcrafted with wood directly from the property.
Not only is the cozy inside of the cabin so appealing, but also everything that is available right outside the front door. You can relax in the hammock, sit around the fire pit, play in the brook, or adventure out through the woods. If this is too much activity for you, rest in one of the rockers or swings on the porches and watch everyone else enjoy their outside adventures.
