Welcome to Surfside, Old Orchard Beach! This cottage is the quintessential New England beach house complete with 3 bedrooms, (5 beds plus futon) 2.5 bathrooms and ocean views from nearly ever room.
The house is located just one house from oceanfront. The beach path is about 15 steps out the front door.
The third suite has an enclosed porch with panoramic views of the 7 miles of beach.

Three floors of living space. First floor outdoor deck and grill and third floor large enclosed porch with beach and marsh views. New kitchen, all new mattresses.
Keep in mind when booking that 3 (sleeping spaces) for guests are in a bunk bed and 2 spaces are on a futon. If party consists of all adults it may sleep 8-9 more comfortably.

The Surfside beach area is (in our opinion) the best slice of beach in Old Orchard! The sand is powder soft, the beach is flat and our area of the beach has no public parking so the beach is never crowded.
