Beautiful property in a great location for beach walks. Our family spent 6 nights, big family reunion. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. Very workable kitchen, large island was handy for setting up at mealtime. Outdoor grill came in handy and everyone especially liked the huge screened porch for meals or just visiting. Rooftop deck was perfect spot for our reunion photo.cthe family photo.

This home is in a great location with access to everything we needed for our big blended family vacation. The house is beautiful with lots of space for a big family vacation. The host was very responsive and helpful too. Overall a great week in Maine!

Spacious, there are 3 levels so we felt like we had space. almost every bedroom has its own full bath for even more privacy, especially if you are traveling with other families. Plenty of beach chairs to use.

Great house for our Friend Fest reunion of 12. Loved having 6 bathrooms, 4 fabulous seafood restaurants within walking distance, and the beach a 2 block walk away.

We stayed at the wonderful property, it was the perfect spot to celebrate our Granddaughter’s graduation from MECA. The stocked kitchen made pulling together a lovely dinner for all of us super easy. Many super comfy beds and nice bathrooms. The house had everything we needed for a perfect family weekend!

This house in this adorable neighborhood was the perfect spot for 17 adults and 2 kids. We had the greatest time! The owner was so easy to be in touch with. We had the BEST experience all the way around! Highly recommend this beautiful & very CLEAN home! We can’t wait to come back next year!

Only a few minor concerns for a lovely home located two blocks off the beach with the salt marsh in the backyard. Somehow our host was mistaken on our dates of arrival and departure, so the cleaning crew was there when we arrived at check in time of 4:00. They were told we weren’t arriving until the next day. Then they showed up the day bf we were to leave bc they had been told we were checking out. Not a big deal, but our reservation clearly stated the dates. Overall cleanliness was pretty good, although the return air vent is caked with dust and the kitchen wall oven needs to be cleaned. The oscillating fan we used in our room was also so full of dust that it really didn’t put out much air. The home itself needs some attention as we noticed that all the beds could use new pillows, there were some cabinets missing handles and one appliance in the kitchen that wasn’t working. Also would have been nice to have some extra blankets around for cool evenings, without having to use a big quilt off the beds. Need for paper goods (toilet ppl & ppr towels) would be nice to know ahead of time so guests could be aware. It’s a really nice house in a nice area that could use a discerning eye to address numerous and small details that would enhance the experience considering the price! Thanks!

Lovely home and good location but needed a little TLC. We did see mice in the kitchen a few times, but it is on the marsh so not uncommon, I guess. Maybe not ready for the season but the firepits and grill and screened in porch somewhat in disarray. But great size for our group and good parking.

We stayed here in the off-season to celebrate a milestone birthday. The house comfortably accommodated our group of nine family members (ranging in age from 18 months to almost 80 years) with room for more. The views of the salt marsh were gorgeous, particularly at sunset, and we enjoyed all the birds we got to see. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, and it was great to warm up by the gas fireplace after dipping our toes in the cold water. We cooked a big meal in the kitchen with ease, and everyone raved about the beds (seriously, we need to know the make/model so we can replace what we have at home :)). Drew was helpful and responsive. Loved the local restaurants we tried (Clambake and Pine Point Grill) plus the old school grocery (On the Vine), and all were a very quick and easy drive from the house. Highly recommend.

We stayed at the wonderful property, and had great time with extended family, for a special birthday. Many comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Nice gathering areas with lots of seating.We stayed off season in November, so some seasonal cleaning and maintenance were needed, but it didn’t affect us too much. We were very pleased with the setting.

Pine Point Retreat

Great location 5 minute walk from the beach. The beach was incredible, one can walk miles. The views from the house of the marsh were spectacular.

We enjoyed the open space on the first floor - Living room, dining room, and kitchen. It made it really easy for us to all relax & hang out together. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed walking on the beach which was a short walk away. Drew was kind enough to accommodate our request for both an early check-in and a late checkout.
