This charming and spacious home nestled on a very private 3 acre lot minutes away from gas, grocery, entertainment, and shopping. A short 7 mile drive to the Augusta National Golf Course and outside of the main path of traffic. 5 miles to Riverwatch Parkway and I20.
Our home offers a large deck with multiple seating area’s, fire pit table set with chairs, large comfortable sofa with swivel chairs, and a second fire pit table with a 60” outdoor TV and multiple grills; Large Green Egg, Rec Tec, and large gas grill. Traditional 2 person wooden swing and rockers overlooking a marvelous sunset and pond view.
Inside, we have 4 bedrooms for sleeping. Spacious Master bedroom with king bed and large full bathroom are on first floor. TV in bedroom and bathroom and a heated toilet seat.
The next 2 bedrooms are located on the first floor. Bedroom 2 is very spacious and offers a full size bed, 60 inch TV, sofa, and beautiful sunset view overlooking the pond. Bedroom 3 is downstairs with a pillow top king bed. These 2 bedrooms share a full bath with shower/tub combo and heated toilet seat. There is a half bath downstairs with a heated toilet seat.
Going upstairs, on the landing, we have 2 arcade games: Pac Man and Golden Tee Golf. There is also a large bonus room with full size sofa and recliner, queen bed, 65” TV, full shower bathroom. Additionally upstairs offers a separate room for ping pong or darts , a 50" TV and has a small, new, sitting deck all over looking the pond.
The kitchen will have all your necessities. At the coffee bar, there is a cappuccino machine, Keurig with inline water supply, 32" TV, and bar sink. Just off from the breakfast room is a sunroom with full window view of deck and pond.
