Unlike crowded tourist destinations, Surfside Beach offers a peaceful, small-town charm with stunning oceanfront views and direct access to the pedestrian-only beach. This makes it a safer and quieter retreat, ideal for families and guests looking to unwind. Plus, being just an hour from Houston, it’s a convenient getaway for city dwellers seeking a coastal escape.
Beyond the beautiful scenery, Surfside Beach has a strong vacation rental market, with visitors drawn to its fishing, surfing, kayaking, and local hotspots like Sharkies Bar and Grill, which is just a short walk from my property. The friendly community and steady growth in the area made it an exciting place to invest.
