Welcome to SEA LA VIE your beachfront pedestrian only beach property. Life at the beach in your newly and beautifully renovated home is as relaxing as the refreshing sea breeze. Watch the beautiful scenery as the run rises, sets, and accents the clouds with endless colors. Enjoy the sun and a drink of your choice from your spacious two-level beach facing balconies.

As the sun rises make your way down the stairs and right onto the pedestrian only beach where you can enjoy surfing, swimming, sunbathing, sandcastle construction, among a myriad of beach games and activities. Relax, the children can play at ease, as no vehicles are allowed on your beach. If you wish, take a short stroll down the beach to the jetty park where there is fishing, a children's playground, and splash park.

Your spectacular home on Surfside Beach has direct beach access. No one enjoys having to carry and drag through the sand all the beach necessities when spending the day at the beach. It gets better, your home comes fully equipped with beach towels, collapsible chairs, sand toys, and almost any other imaginable need. Enjoy the added amenities which include outdoor hot and cold shower, plenty of entertaining area under the house, BBQ grill, patio furniture and dining space on the upper deck.

Your house is better equipped than any resort with high-speed Wi-Fi, high-definition TVs in every room (including two 65” TVs), cable TV, Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and Prime TV. At night, you can enjoy the star sprinkled sky as the children pick their spots on their stair-equipped bunk beds and lay to rest (they will be tired). Stay at SEA LA VIE and experience how life should really happen at the beach.

There is a $500.00 Smoking Fee for smoking anywhere inside the house

We loved this property. It was clean, comfortable and adorably decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans and utensils. Check in was a breeze. The host was so friendly and super responsive to questions. And the location could not have been better. Gorgeous beach views. Listening to the waves is so relaxing. Don’t second guess this one. It’s perfection! Snag it!

Sea La Vie is probably one of the best locations in all of Surfside. It literally is beachfront property such as you can walk down your steps and be on the beach. There are only five other houses fronting pedestrian beach, which is only a five minute walk to the jetty. The property is modern and nicely decorated. The cleanliness was very good, especially considering it’s a beach property. We loved the deck as it overlooked the beach and had unobstructive views of the water and jetty. There were four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The kitchen was adequately stocked.We had only two difficulties with a property. We were notified after we arrived that the dishwasher wasn’t working. This was extremely disappointing to us. A property in this price range should have a working dishwasher. Secondly, the air conditioner struggled to keep the house totally cool. We were there in March and the temperatures were very mild. I would be concerned coming here in the heat of the summer. The queen bedroom upstairs did not cool adequately at all. They had installed a portable air conditioner which definitely helped, but it was quite loud when it’s cycled on and off waking us up in the middle of the night.

Beautiful home and loved the layout. Home was furnished sufficiently, especially the kitchen. Stunning beachfront and enjoyed watching ships come and go and all the fishermen. Will definitely consider this home again next year.

Sea La Vie is a great house situated on the front row of pedestrian beach. It provided the best views of the beach, day and night, and allowed us to watch our kids play safely on the beach from our deck. It is decorated beautifully. The beds were comfortable and the home was clean. Communication with Kimber was great. She responded quickly to any questions I had and she took care of the few minor issues I had immediately.

Perfect location! Parking was a challenge because of the sand, but we were able to park on the street. Seems there were AC issues for the upstairs unit but wasn't too bad, just a little warm. The host was very responsive and great to communicate with. Loved our stay, would definitely rent again, and hope to come back.

With all the erosion that has happened over the years, this house is in the PERFECT place at the PERFECT time. Having waves so close to the deck was awesome for those of us that did not want to get sand in our toes. And for the sand lovers, it was 15 seconds to the water. Great time was had!

Didn't want to go home!

Our stay was lovely. The property manager and owners were very responsive to questions and needs. Our kids loved the bunk room (10,11,12) and we loved everything about the house and location. Fully plan on booking next year. Thank you for the memories. My kids didn't want to leave and neither did the parents.

Family fun

We are a multigenerational family of 9 who range from ages 1to 60’s. Everyone had a great time. Property was clean, spacious and great location. Enjoyed walking down stairs and being right on the beach especially for the kids. Great view from the balconies. Working on best date to book again

Pros: Right on the beach and within walking distance to the jetty. Two decks with comfortable seating. Stocked kitchen and bathroom (plenty of TP, paper towels and trash bags). Comfortable beds. Property manager was very responsive (we had a few issues per below, but the property manager responded right away and apologized and noted she would correct them).Cons: Ceiling fans dusty, BBQ pit was dirty and ran out of propane with only 2 uses, dishwasher wouldn't stop cycling on and off on it's own trying to drain (we weren't able to use it) and some of the pots and pans are beginning to show wear and tear (non-stick scratched). Would not trust parking under the house without a 4x4. We parked on the street. We had a great time despite some of the inconveniences noted above and would consider staying here again due to the location, the house layout and the two large decks that were perfect for people watching and enjoying the gulf.

Lovely Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful stay. We are over-packers and planners but we honestly brought too many things for the fully stocked place! We didn’t need many of the kitchen things we had brought and plenty of towels were available. The availability of water and ice was not an issue for us on the island plus the water issue in the house was not that much of an issue (though we did not drink it). A lovely place for our family vacation and we loved it so much we booked again for next year!

My family and I vacation on the Gulf twice a year, 3 to 4 weeks at a time. We've stayed at several rentals over the years, but we've never stayed twice at any of them because they were so poorly maintained. Sea La Vie is great. It's nicely maintained and comfortable. The cleaning crew did a good job. Kimber the host is wonderful, she's thoughtful, helpful and quick to respond. As we expected, the house water had a strange odor, so we brought our own drinking and cooking water. We did appreciated the reverse osmosis water filter at the kitchen sink. We would like to make one request to the owners though. We're hoping you could plow the sand that's in the driveway? The large pile of sand made it difficult to park our vehicles. We had to use a shovel several times to get out. (No other driveways on the same block have this.) Anyway, we had a wonderful 4-week vacation at Sea La Vie, and we're looking forward to our next stay.

Perfect location

We loved the location and the house itself. We were there to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday and we all loved it. It was perfect for our family. We had a minor issue with the A/C but we were able to deal with it. Would recommend this place!Do note: the stairs are pretty difficult for older folks

Great location

This home was right on the beach. And was perfect for a family with 6 adults and 5 kids (ages 2-6). The need to bring our own drinking water was communicated early on… and we understood that when we had arrived - there was an obvious odor to the shower and tap water, but it was a minimal inconvenience. Especially since the location was perfect!

Spring Break with Toddlers to Teens

Sea La Vie was the perfect place for our bio kids and foster kids to relax, play together, and spend some time bonding. The location was perfect for all ages and the beach was beautiful! We’re thankful for an amazing first trip as a family of 9.

Spring Break

Took our daughters, son and a few of their friends for spring break! The house is wonderful! The access to the beach is incredible! We had no trouble with parking. Very close proximity to a parking lot if needed. We enjoyed is so much.
