Across the street from the newly open Publix grocery store and walking distance from Walmart Supercenter.

Rentals minimum of 30 days, for longer periods discount can be applied.

500$ security deposit to be paid at the time of booking, to be reimbursed at check out.
The guest will receive 2 keys,2 fobs, and 4 bracelets to access the amenities to be returned at check-out otherwise fees of 100$ will apply per key/fob set or 25$ per bracelet.

Pet: to be agreed with the owner, not more than 1 pet not exceeding 25 pounds.

This condo is non-smoking, a 300$ penalty plus any other penalty imposed by the Condo Building' association will be applied.

Lack of observation of the rules and regulations of the building association leading to a penalty imposed by the Building's association will be applied.
