➤ Please note that this unit does NOT include parking. However, there are paid parking areas nearby.
➤ Please note that no packages are to be delivered to the building
➤The guest will have access to the entire unit. please make yourself at home! However, guests do not have access to the building amenities.
➤ Access to mailbox or mailbox key will not be available for bookings that are shorter than 3 months.

Steps from the Distillery District, St. Lawrence Market, and trendy cafes, you'll find charming streets lined with boutiques, restaurants, and cultural hotspots. Easy access to transit makes exploring the city effortless, while nearby parks provide a peaceful escape. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this prime location puts you close to everything Toronto has to offer.
Public Transit – Easily access Toronto’s TTC with nearby streetcars and bus stops. King and Queen subway stations are a short ride away.
Walking – Many top attractions, including St. Lawrence Market and the Distillery District, are within walking distance.
Biking – Bike lanes and rental stations nearby make cycling a great option for getting around.
Rideshare & Taxis – Uber, Lyft, and taxis are readily available for quick trips around the city.
Driving & Parking – Paid street parking and public parking garages are available nearby.
➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 17 to 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.
➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
Please take a moment to go over our booking policies and confirm your understanding. Be sure to send me a message indicating you have read and agree to the rules before booking.
1. Please contact us via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony if there is one. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 9pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests.
6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in $50 charge per each additional half hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of all individuals staying and the disclosure of the full names of all guests. This is non-negotiable as it is required for registering guests at the building.
8. If the requested registration information is not received by at least 48 hours prior to check in and for last minute bookings hassle free check in cannot be guaranteed and no refunds will be given for check in issues.
9. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labour, and administration involved.
