Welcome to relaxation in your private 4-person hot tub after a day of exploring. Enjoy the convenience of a new Level 2 universal EV charger right by your front door, a rare find so close to the airport.
Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, & 2 smart TVs with Netflix ready for your next binge. Master bedroom features a comfy queen bed, while a bonus sleeping nook offers a twin daybed with a pull-out twin trundle complete with privacy curtains for added comfort.

Step outdoors to two peaceful seating areas; sip your morning coffee in the garden nook or fire up the BBQ grill and relax on the covered porch.

You’ll have your own private entrance, 3 parking spots just steps from the door, and a calm neighborhood setting with minimal traffic.

You are on the bottom unit of a duplex with your own private entrance and 3 parking spots. 1 EV parking and 2 regular spots.

This intimate space is best suited for up to 4 guests (ideal height under 6'4" due to a lower kitchen ceiling). Whether you’re here for a quick layover, a work trip, or a cozy getaway, you’ll feel right at home.

Noise Considerations:
This is a peaceful neighborhood, but you may occasionally hear planes flying overhead. Normal sounds from the upstairs neighbors, including the washer and dryer and everyday household activity, can also be heard. Most guests find it unobtrusive, but we want you to be fully informed.

Interaction With Guests

I'm available by phone should you have urgent needs or you may message me via the app. I live off-site but should you have any emergency issues, either I will come fix them, or send a handyman if I'm unavailable. I highly encourage you to reach out should you have any issues, major or minor. I'm happy to fix them and I love to hear feedback good and bad.

Quiet time is 10pm-8am, same for tenants upstairs so they can respect your quiet and peace as well.

This property is not a 2 bedroom. The “second” bedroom is in the living room where a curtain that wraps around the trundle bed can be pulled for privacy. The property is a death trap if there was a fire because the only exit is the front door. There is no egress window in the ‘true’ bedroom (which doesn’t have a closet and the door is a bi-fold.

The neighborhood was a bit concerning at first and I didn't know if we would find the right place. However, the host gave detailed instructions on finding the house which I am grateful for. It was smaller than I anticipated but it was clean and quiet. It is the downstairs basement area of a house, so be aware you will have upstairs neighbors. I wouldn't recommend it for people who are over 6 feet tall, there's a low ceiling. Other than that, it was fine for a one night stay and located not far from the Museum of Flight.
