Loved it!

Absolutely loved it! The view was absolutely amazing. The only thing I didn't like was walking up the stairs. Lol. Only because I live in Kansas City so going to that elevation was tricky. But the place was very nice! Will absolutely look for it again on our next trip out that way!

Close to Breck!

Nice place with a short drive to Breck. Kitchen worked well to make some meals instead of dining out every night. Living room was small but we mostly needed a place to sleep and eat in between skiing.

Good property for Ski Trip

The house was comfortable and close to downtown Breckenridge. The grill needs cleaning, but the remainder of the rest of the property was very clean and the property manager made me feel welcomed.

Not to shabby

Overall this place worked out for us, the photos seemed a little misleading as to how big the place was. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels, and the neighbors were quiet, the views were the best part. Some downsides, missing essential kitchen items like pot holders, larger mixing bowls, there is only one bathroom making it tough for 4 people to shower/balance restroom use etc. The shower head was awful, it only had one setting and it felt like you were being pelted on. There is only one mirror in whole place, not ideal when trying to get ready for the day. The living room really only has seating for three people, but the couch does pull out into a sleeper sofa. The cleanliness of the place was sub par, dust under the beds, dirty walls, moisture build up near the ceiling (above the shower was the worst), the sliding patior door does not close all the way making it drafty. Upon walking in it smelled like someone chain smoked all week. After airing out the place and notifying management (who was quick to respond) the smoke smell subsided. This proprety is on the third floor which is pretty high up and required stair use from an outside access point, there are interior stairs but no parking on that side and the code does not work for the inner stairwell, no elevator in the building. Overall we appreciated waking up to the view it offered! We would stay again and hope the owners would take to some suggestions for an even better experience for future renters. This post is not to reflect the owners specifically, and is just our subjective thoughts. We really think this place could be extra awesome with a little more attention to detail

The overall apartment complex is in ok condition. When we arrived I really thought we were at the wrong place due to how small the apartments look from the outside. Thankfully, the inside is renovated although not nearly as clean as previous reviews stated. There’s no shoes allowed but floor, doors and walls were filthy upon arrival. There was dust on controllers/tvs and decor still. Bedsheets in one of the rooms had an odd smell. There is no AC, but fans are provided for guests. Once outside, the view and little playground were great. Property contact is also very nice and helpful, just wish it was cleaner and better more accurate pictures used for future Expedia use.

Ski getaway

This property was perfect for my son and I to meet with with friends in Breckinridge. Property is located right on Rt 9 about 6 miles from Breck. Place was updated, easy to access with all the comforts of home and great views. Quiet development with easy park, I would recommend.

Amazing Condo, Amazing Location!

My Dad and I were quite pleased with this property. It was very clean, accurate listing and a great neighborhood. Best of all, it is 5 miles from Breck and made it really simply to grab a quick dinner after a long day of work.

We had a wonderful time staying at this location. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed for cooking. WARNING: the chain locks have been removed and there's no way to deadbolt the doors to keep out anyone who has the access code. This made us feel unsafe. We used chairs under the door knobs to block the doors while sleeping.

Lovely location to experience the mountains

This was a beautiful location, outside of Breck to leave the tourist experience behind for the evening. It had a lovely patio with a mountain view, perfect for morning coffee and evening sunsets. The condo was well furnished, except for laundry soap and a working blow dryer. The free local transit service will get you around without a car (note that an Uber is hard to find so don't depend on it) so check it out before you arrive. We would stay there again.

As advertised

Only criticism is the lack of sufficient kitchen materials, dishes, etc. it is basic but for two people and our knowledge beforehand we made the necessary allowances. Also remember the condo, while just four miles from Breckinridge is at 10000 feet. Allow for the altitude.
