We enjoyed our stay with family and friends. The host was wonderful and the few things I mentioned to her were addressed right away. It does get hot upstairs but the fans are very helpful. We would go there again.

Nice and big with a great hot tub.

We enjoyed staying with our extended family for a late Christmas get together. Had plenty of space for everyone without feeling over crowded. Would for sure stay again.

Christmas Vacay

We had a blast even though the weather didn't cooperate. Property exceeded our expectations. Great location with lots of choices for shopping and eating.

All Bathrooms rugs were very dirty, hair was on the shower walls. Upon arrival kitchen floor were very sticky.The house was very nice though! Whoever the hire to do the cleaning must do so a better.

Family trip

We loved the size of the home it was perfect for the family. The home is close to the theme parks and all of the large grocery stores. Prior to our arrival a storm damaged the neighbors fence which created no privacy in our pool area or dining room. We travel several times a year so we are accustomed to different situations and how to adjust we made great use of the home security system that was a plus. The management was very responsive to our needs. This was a great trip for us. We would absolutely return to this home in the future!

Enjoyed my time

tv in living room wasn't working,one in first room volume didn't work. Bugs were in the house. Bathtubs were not cleaned good. Master bathroom tub water didn't get hot. Paid for heated pool but the pool never heated up. Other than that it was a great trip

We do have contracted pool and pest control technicians that are on a scheduled service route and we could have sent someone out right away if we had know about your issues. Nice Home 30 Minutes from Disney

The home was nice, well taken care of, and was in a decent neighborhood. One night, there was a loud party nearby. Even so, thr home was perfect for our large family groups. The pool and hot-tub were nice amenities. Some amenities that are normally found in a VRBO property, like extra toilet paper, paper towels, basic condiments and spices, etc., had to be purchased. Overall, it was a great stay and we had a nice place to call home during our vacation.

Short stay

The place was nice and had everything we wanted. Beds were comfortable. Pool heating eas amazing. We were able to swim even though temp putside was only 60F. The house is on the older side, but everything in working condition. We've seen some bugs around, but that's probably a normal thing in warm climates

We strive to provide a high level of quality in all of our homes and are saddened when we have a guest that has been disappointed. Unfortunately due to our tropical climate the occasional "uninvited guest" will make an appearance in one of our homes. This was the case during this guests stay. As soon as we were contacted by the guest our pest control company responded with an interim treatment within 24 hours of the report. All of our homes have regular scheduled pest control.

Loved the house, plenty of room

This property was perfect for our girl’s getaway.

The house was just as it was advertised. There were stores nearby to get all the supplies we needed for the four day stay. As others have stated, the items provided are the bare minimum so you need to be prepared for that. I cannot say enough for the customer service provided by Holly and Mary. That alone is a reason for me to book with you again! Thank you so much!

Overall a great house

The house is 15 minutes to the gate of DIsney which is nice. The area is very safe and quiet with lots of friendly neighbours. Has lots of shopping within a few minutes. We had some pretty persistent problems with the hot tub but they sent a technician every time and got it all sorted out. No fault of the property management, the pool was just due for some fixes. The house was pretty clean and has lots of room. AC works really well. The only thing that was a major inconvenience was the abcense of household items. In our minds should maybe be included. If staying here you will need to bring everything with you from garbage bags to paper towel to pepper and even coffee filters for their coffee maker. We bought cleaners and dish soap and TP etc. Literally the only thing provided was salt. They have all the dishes and cookware you will need though. Just something to think about if you are flying And cannot take all these items with you. Other than this the place is amazing and the management is great to deal with.

Loved this house, we had a great time, a lot if room for everyone.

Had a great time the house was great. Had some issues with the pool, but they were on it right away. We had a few issues one was the HOT tub it was not hot enough. It is set for 98 not even our body temperature. The other issues were each bathroom had one roll of toilet paper, we stayed for 8 days just not enough, and they can use some baking dishes like cookie sheets, cake pans and mixing bowls. But otherwise the house was really nice.

Great place to relax, very clean and nice furniture and layout.

It was so nice to come back to this house after a long day at the Disney parks. Its close to restaurants and freeways. The only negative - The temperature upstairs is warmer than downstairs, but I like it warmer - it helped with 'who slept where' when beds were assigned. The house was great for our big family of 9 adult kids. Very enjoyable. Also found a link for discounted tickets at the undercovertourist that saved money. Hoping to come back next year.
