Villa Arrow Marine enjoys a splendid location in the exclusive Mont Jean neighborhood, overlooking Marigot Bay. From almost every room in the house, windows frame picturesque ocean views, and within a few minutes, you can be wading into the water yourself. Shops and restaurants are around 15 minutes by car.
The shared living spaces inside are light and airy, complemented by a cascade of beautiful outdoor spaces. Villa Arrow Marine’s design means that rooms can be completely open to the views, creating a pleasant mix of indoor luxury grounded in the island views.
The living room is a quiet and comfortable spot to unwind, with plush sofas gathered around a central coffee table. The décor is minimalist and chic, letting the views do all the talking. However, a gleaming grand piano adds a self-assured touch of class to the space.
Even the kitchen at Villa Arrow Marine features a wall of windows that capture those stunning views. Set in the heart of the property, it’s spacious and large with a comfortable breakfast bar. Our concierge can also lend a hand with a grocery delivery or by arranging a private chef for an evening.
The breakfast bar itself is a great place to relax, enjoying a leisurely coffee in the morning or an evening aperitif. Outside, the covered dining area overlooks the swimming pool, offering an excellent location for meals.
There’s a total of 3 bedrooms inside Villa Arrow Marine, some with indoor sitting areas, all with incredible views of Marigot Bay below. 
Each room enjoys a heavenly king-sized bed, TV with U.S. satellite channels, and gorgeous ensuite bathrooms. Private, comfortable, and quiet, these rooms are the ideal places to recharge after a long day on the beach or lounging in the island sun.

Behind the villa, the main outdoor living space is a private little paradise. There’s a covered area with shady seating and sunny spots as well, with plenty of daybeds and loungers for kicking back and enjoying the gorgeous island weather.  
The semicircular pool is tucked up against the rock wall, with palm trees fluttering in the island breeze on either side. On the other side of the home, stone steps trail down a short pathway to a deck and the sea for daytime plunges.
For days on the sand, it’s a short drive to Marigot Bay Beach, a quiet and pristine stretch of powder-soft shore. The turquoise waters are as inviting as they come, an idyllic spot for swimming on St. Barts.

During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
