Welcome to South End Vista LLC! For the past 10 years, we've been providing exceptional stays on VRBO and other platforms. Now, we're thrilled to offer both of our stunning units together, perfect for groups of up to 8 guests! Enjoy a spectacular, fully renovated penthouse paired with an equally gorgeous unit right next door. Combined, these two units boast over 250 five-star reviews!

Situated on the upper half of our beautiful, historic brownstone, these units feature a private entrance, separate from our triplex below. Where else can you find two complete stunning condos with 4 bedrooms, 2 full kitchens, 2 living and dining areas, 2.5 bathrooms, AND your own private 14x20 rooftop deck. We absolutely loved staying at this beautifully upgraded brownstone in the heart of Boston. The rooftop patio has amazing views and was one of our favorite features of the property. We had two families staying in both units, and the setup was perfect for our group. The hosts were incredibly responsive, helpful, and provided excellent local recommendations. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return for another stay!

An ideal location in the South End. We rented the top two floors - two bedrooms and modern kitchen on each floor with and beautiful tree-lined views. Great layout. It’s a brownstone so expect a lot of stairs each day. Well appointed and clean. We would rent these again.

My family and I recently stayed at this property. We rented both of the apartments. I have to say this was the most well stocked, beautifully laid out rental we have had the pleasure to stay at. The kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms had everything you could need. I think they were better stocked than my own home.The location could not have been better. A busstop was literally across the street and the subway was 1/2 block away. Plenty of great restaurants and grocery stores were in easy walking distance.Our host was very informative. We really enoyed meeting her.The only drawback was the stairs. We had a lot of luggage and baby paraphanelia so getting everything up and back down was a little challenging.Overall this was a great spot especially if you have a large group. Location could not be more convenient. Apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated. Susan was a great host. I would definitely book this property again.

We traveled with family (8 adults) and stayed in these beautiful condos for 4 days. We’ve all been to many VRBO’s in the past and this was by far, the best place we’ve ever stayed. Location was perfect in a nice neighborhood with a 2 minute walk to the subway. The condos were gorgeous and well stocked with dishes, towels, pillows, and extra amenities like toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, umbrellas…I could go on and on. The owners thought of every detail and were so attentive and helpful to us. We were greeted upon arrival and received more tips for places to go and things to do. Boston is an awesome place to visit and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back here again.

This was a great location and wonderful design for multiple families. Everyone should be able to take stairs comfortably. The host was helpful and provided lots of supplies that made our trip more relaxing. We would stay here again!

As Boston natives, we’ve been South End residents for over 30 years. We started our rental business with our Cape Cod property in June of 2015, and subsequently completed our Boston renovation in May of 2016.

We are extremely accommodating to all of our guests, and your experience is our top priority. With a keen eye for detail, we ensure every detail of your stay is perfect upon arrival. We ensure close communication throughout your stay - your stay is our top priority!


Prior to our rental business, we both recently retired from 35-year long careers in radio advertising. We are now full-time hosts!


We love meeting new and interesting people from around the world through our business and we ensure that we provide the highest quality experience possible for all of our guests.
