Your cozy studio in Morro Bay with 1 bedroom featuring a super comfortable full bed. The space is equipped with a fireplace, WiFi, and a full kitchen. The bathroom includes a shower and hair dryer for your convenience. Convenient location just a block away from the bay with shops and restaurants. Walking distance from the old down town and the iconic “Rock” beach. Enjoy all that Morro Bay has to offer when you stay at our place. Private yard of your own and secure combination lock entry to yard and studio. The studio was recently renovated and is a part of the owner’s quaint beach cottage.

I have lived here for 35 years. I love this area for all that it has to offer. We have the beautiful Pacific Ocean, a protected bay with otters and birds, a small town charm of shops and restaurants. Just a short drive there are 2 beautiful state parks with oodles of great hiking.
