Enjoy the early fall colors, mountain scenery, and outdoor activities of Summit County from this four hundred square foot “Studio Residence” at Grand Timber Lodge, 75 Snowflake Dr., Breckenridge CO. available from October 3rd to October 10th, 2025.

Sleeping for four (4) adults on a queen bed and sleeper sofa. The unit has a full bathroom, and kitchenette containing breakfast counter, mini-refrigerator, microwave oven, two-burner stove, and dishwasher. Grilling equipment is available in the outdoor common area.
Studios are equipped with humidifier, TV, and WiFI; with on site laundry facilities available.

The resort contains indoor and outdoor pools and hot-tubs, along with sun decks, lounging chairs, and deck games. Play snooker on the pool table in grand room or enjoy games in the family fun center. Enjoy a massage after an active day outdoors, or settle in for a movie in the private theater. If the outdoors isn’t enough, get a workout in the fitness room.
Dine at the resorts Boot Saloon restaurant, or grab a quick snack from the resort confectionary.

Just a few blocks from downtown Breckenridge, it’s a short walk to take in the historic downtown to shop, have a drink, or enjoy fine dining.

The unit will serve as a great base camp from which to enjoy the scenery and activities which abound in Summit County; including hiking, biking, fishing, golfing, horseback riding, or touring the regions side roads and back country.
