Ski In/Out Newly updated studio near Main St!

Come stay in this newly updated spacious studio condo with a great location to Main Street, a chair lift and hiking trail within a couple hundred feet, and access to Upper Village heated pool and hot tub!

Easily sleeps 4 people and has parking for two vehicles, including one spot in the heated garage directly below the unit!

Newly remodeled unit with new paint, brand new Andersen windows, and open space plan with Murphy bed on the main floor and two twin beds in the loft. Included within the unit is free WiFi, Xfinity, Blue Ray/DVD and Amazon Firestick, so you can bring all of your favorite streaming shows with you!

Included is a full kitchen with all of the essentials - (Coffee, coffee maker, toaster, spices, oven, fridge). Feel free to use anything available and save some cash by making a couple of meals in.

The unit comes with a new queen Murphy bed on the first floor, and two new twin mattresses in the loft.

Wonderful place

We booked this condo to be close to downtown Breckenridge and the lifts. It is perfectly situated. My buddy and I felt the condo was perfect for our ski trip.

Great place for couple

This is a great location with easy access to Snowflake lift. The apartment is very nice and comfortable. It has a full kitchen, which is hard to find in small apartments. Property manager Andy is very kind, his response time to messages was very fast. He was very helpful and answered all our questions in detail. Strongly recommend this place!

Great for the price!

We (four adults) stayed here in mid October and had an awesome time! The place is a tight fit but it was great for the price. It’s about a 5 minute walk to downtown and there is a bus stop right down the road. We didn’t have a car so it worked out nicely! Andy was very responsive and accommodating, we are glad we had the opportunity to stay here!
