Enjoyable stay

Week spent with friends at this lovely villa beautiful gardens and pool gave us much pleasure. Would have appreciated more equipment for catering and beds were uncomfortable.

Lovely villa in a stunning location

We spent a week in the villa and had a lovely time. The villa itself is stunning and the hosts work really hard to maintain the stunning grounds. It's in a lovely area, close to the beach and a short drive from activities in Split and Omis. Plenty of restaurants and bars in Stobrec just a 5 minute drive away, a small supermarket is just a few minutes walk from the villa. Lovely river nearby for walks too. Only issue we had was with mosquitos so would be great if more could be supplied to repel them, (in addition to the sprays) e.g. candles for outside and so forth. This was really a minor thing though as overall we cannot recommend enough.

Tolle Villa mit großem Pool

Wir durften zwei wunderschöne Wochen im Haus von Christina und Mate verbringen. Der Außenbereich sowie Innenbreiech waren liebevoll gestaltet und sehr gepflegt. Unsere Kinder (3 und 4) konnten sich den ganzen Tag selbst beschäftigen. Spielsachen waren auch da und Christina hätte uns sogar noch mehr für die Kinder gebracht. Es gibt sehr schöne Strände in der Nähe und man ist auch gleich in Split. Zwei kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe, ein großer Tommy Supermarkt wird auch gerade gebaut. Man total schön an einem Fluss entlangspazieren und gelangt zu tollen Restaurants. Christina war immer für uns erreichbar und hat uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Vielen Lieben Dank an Christina und Mate!

Absolutely Excellent

What a great place to enjoy a vacation in Croatia!! This property is stunning with professional landscaping and everything you could want for outdoor living. It is clearly family oriented with a large children's play area and equipment. Kristina and Mate were excellent hosts, providing great suggestions together with arrangements for our activities. We would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a quiet, relaxing, family oriented atmosphere during their time in the Split area. Definitely 5 star in every respect.

Beautiful villa nada and surroundings

Villa nada was absolutely beautiful , the garden areas are fantastic ,lovely fruit trees and shrubs and bbq , just stunning . Lovely pool and an outside kitchen too . Owners couldn’t of been more helpful giving us info and even taking time out to show us local area of where supermarkets, beach, restaurants etc were. I would personally recommend car as although can get essentials the local town /beach was approx 30-40 mins walk (although lovely beside a canal , we did it regularly at night) Uber unfortunately didn't work for us (group 7) tried it 4 times and only once successful ,all other times they cancelled or didn’t turn up , lucky our hosts arranged taxis for us and also gave us number of great taxi man who was excellent and got us around . All in all had fantastic time , enjoyed villa and split , did islands boat tour -that’s a must !!!! Croatia is just beautiful. Our hosts were fantastic and v friendly and extremely helpful . If want best both worlds private villa with lovely views and able get into split or local areas to eat out or explore by car or taxi then this villa is perfect . Taxi for 7 to split approx 200 kuna each way so good price . As a family enjoyed our stay and will definitely love to return 👍🏻😀☀️ Thankyou kristina and mate xx

Kristina and Matte have a beautiful property and are welcoming hosts who take great pride in Villa Nada. The property itself is amazing and private. The kitchen can accommodate meal prep and the pool area is gorgeous! Fruit trees on the property yielded wonderful fresh peaches, apples

Very wonderful Villa in a quiet neighborhood so close to all the action in Split.

The 4 of us spent 4nights at Villa Nada in early September. We found the Villa provided everything we needed to make our stay one to remember. Mate met us and couldn't have been more helpful in his recommendations from dinner spots to beaches to visit. The pool was another plus and we so enjoyed a relaxing swim after a long day exploring the area. Our only wish was that we could have spent more time there but the memories we created will last forever.

En meget dejlig feriebolig med utrolig velholdt skøn have og poolområde.

Ferieboligen er velegnet til såvel store som små. Der er en meget velholdt have med et stort grøntsagsbed og frugttræer, som vi havde glæde af til nogle dejlige middage samt et skønt poolområde. Der er ikke så meget i nærområdet, og det kræver derfor bil, hvis man vil rundt og opleve byerne og det skønne hav i området. I gåafstand er der dog en lokal slagter, som varmt kan anbefales, samt et lille lokalområde med købmand, cafe, kirke, skole, en enkelt restaurant samt mulighed for en dejlig lille gåtur langs åen. Vi har nydt vores ferie i fulde drag, og kan på det varmeste anbefale stedet til andre.

Une villa superbe - des hôtes adorables !

Villa Nada est un petit paradis situé au calme, à 2 pas de Split ! Un jardin fleuri, dans lequel nous avons pu aussi cueillir des fruits( raisins, pêches, nectarines), des légumes ( aubergines, tomates, poivrons, piments). Une belle piscine. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié les espaces ombragés où nous pouvions déjeuner et dîner ! Kristina et Mate sont des hôtes très sympathiques et prévenants qui nous ont donné de bonnes adresse de restaurant et nous ont aidé à organiser nos activité ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour !

Well situated villa with fabulous outside space

Five of us spent a week in Villa Nada and everyone enjoyed every second, including our 15 month-old baby and 65 year-old parents! The villa has three spacious bedrooms and three well-appointed bathrooms, as well as a comfortable, functional kitchen diner. However, we actually spent most of our time outside; the gardens are truly stunning, bursting with beautiful plants and abundant organic produce. We loved the pool and were spoilt for choice for al fresco dining areas! We enjoyed a barbecue using the impressive outside oven, and whipped up a meal in the outside kitchen too. Our daughter absolutely loved the climbing frame and swing! We were also grateful for the plentiful shade. The villa is less than half an hour's drive from Split town and the airport, and we ventured to Stobrec and Omis for meals out (Omis is beautiful, and features plenty of eateries). There is also a local shop, bakery and butcher, which are well stocked and within easy walking distance. We'd like to thank Kristina and Mate for their hospitality and generosity. It was an absolute pleasure to meet them and enjoy the fruits of their hard labour (quite literally!) They were on hand to answer any queries we had and ensure our entire party had a truly fabulous break. Hvala!

A very well kept villa

The house was very well kept inside and outside. In the kitchen we found everything what someone needs to cook. The garden with the lawn and the pool were very clean and maintananced. The owner couple always gave support whenever we had a question. They acted very helpful. All 6 of us liked our stay in the Villa Nada.

The house is amazing, located in a quiet place and very close to split(10min.whit the car) and various beaches, the area aurand the house is big and beautiful full of flowers,trees and organic fruits and vegetabel, Kristina and Mate are very kind and willing to help even make you home made diner, would recommend the house to everyone and we will come back again:)

Amazing hosts and stunning villa, we'll be back!

Had such a lovely relaxing stay in Villa Nada, Kristina and her husband Mate could not do enough for us from start to finish, from showing us around the villa, offering to organise trips for us, inviting us to their bar in the local town, and even washing our hire car before we went back to the airport. The villa itself is absolutely stunning, particularly the grounds, with fresh fruit grown to eat each day. We were close enough to uber to Split, and spent a lot of time in the nearby town of Stobrec which was beautiful and peaceful, as well as driving around to other towns nearby, and taking day trips to Dubrovnik and Hvar. This was our first time in Croatia and we will definitely be returning, to stay at this haven again. Thanks again to our fantastic hosts!

A fantastic new build villa..

A fantastic new build villa in a quiet, relaxing area. There are two shops and a bakery within close proximity which will provide most necessities you'll need for your stay. If not Žrnovnica is a 20 minute walk away and Stobreč town is about 30 minutes walk away from the villa, giving you great variety for bars, beaches, restaurants and larger shops nearby. Split itself is only a 20 minute drive away and transport is cheap especially when dividing taxi costs between a group of you. The villa itself is wonderful, has a fruitful garden (literally), indoor and outdoor communal areas and even has an outhouse so you don't have to walk inside to get a cold drink. The owners of the villa are a lovely couple who will go the extra mile to ensure you'll want for nothing and have the best holiday possible. They even organised a barbecue to be prepared, cooked and cleaned for us on the last night of our stay at the villa. I'd recommend this villa to any groups looking to book in this area of Croatia as it has something for everybody.

Great for a really relaxing holiday

Nice quiet village location yet only a 15 minute drive to the Riva in the centre of Split. Beautiful big garden to relax in, with excellent pool and plenty of fruit trees. Lots of different areas to sit, lots of different furniture outside. Villa is very new and modern and has everything you need. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
