Stunning property and condo. Just not what we had requested. A issue came up with the cabin we rented so we were upgraded to a condo. No problem, till it was. The condo shared a joining door with another condo. To say the noise carried is an understatement. Two night stay and it was both nights. Then morning brought more chaos with young, unsupervised kids running and yelling all before 8am. Again the property was amazing,, you can't beat the river views. Just disappointed we missed out on the quiet and private setting we signed up for.

Lovely stay for a night; great value for 4 beds.

Excellent option for anyone needing a home base in Cooper Landing or an early morning start on the river. Two clean bedrooms and 4 beds with full kitchen and grill for a reasonable price. Amazing view of and access to the Kenai River! Only drawbacks are: road noise since you are on the busy Sterling Highway and no table inside to play games or sit everyone around for a meal. Outside picnic table is provided. Also, step up into the bedroom and bath area from the LR/kitchen is a bit hazardous for anyone not paying attention or elder visitors.

Good communication with host. Updated property with great location on the river. Good area and space inside and out. The whole town lost power the first night and the host was able to be super helpful and even moved us to a different cabin that had a generator. Would highly recommend to family and friends.
