This condo is very large and accommodating at almost 1400 sq ft and has a fully enclosed year around sunroom with breath taking views that overlook Thousand Hills Golf course and the hills of Branson. This walk-in level condo provides you with beautiful décor, all new furnishings and appliances, upscale amenities, and located in the perfect location at the Heart of Branson. This condo is centrally located in Branson and just 2 blocks from the main strip in Branson, yet tucked away along the Thousand Hills Golf Course so you can enjoy a quiet setting that happens to be very close to the most popular Branson attractions. Our condo is very spacious and much larger than most condos with about 1400 sq. ft. of living space. The condo comes fully equipped with all the comforts of home to include a 55" HDTV in the living area, a murphy bed, plus a separate reclining sofa, and 2 recliners, WIFI, Two King Beds with pillow top mattresses, formal dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless-steel appliances, TVs in all bedrooms, plus a full-size washer and dryer.

The enclosed sunroom is a great place to relax or have a morning cup of coffee and enjoy the view of Thousand Hills Golf course and the hills of Branson. The outdoor pool is heated so that you can enjoy the pool three seasons. You will not find more pleasant accommodations than at "The Fairways". This condo offers so much more space than most condos in Branson. The views are great and It is easy to relax and enjoy your time at this condo since it includes all the comforts of home. There is parking directly in front, and you are just steps from the front door. It has been completely updated and in a PERFECT location.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was just the right size for the five of us. It was quiet, cozy, and in a great location. It was just a short drive to restaurants, and attractions. David was very helpful with booking/info and we didn't have any problems with check-in.

Great location for getting into Branson. Unit was in good shape. Kitchen pretty well stocked with utensils, pots & pans. Too cold to enjoy the enclosed sun room, but in good weather that would be a great place to hang out.

The condo was clean and inviting. The host had everything labeled which was really helpful. We enjoyed reading in the sunroom. Loved that we were close to restaurants and shopping. We replaced batteries in a tv remote which was no big deal. After flushing the toilets the pipes make a loud thumping noise, but everything worked perfectly, so we didn’t let that bother us. No noise issues with neighbors. Thanks so much. Our family prefers a condo over a hotel, abd we enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed at many condos along this golf course and this one is very nice. Plenty of room and a nice view of the course from the enclosed patio which was nice on the cool mornings that we had. Look forward to staying again.

I want this to be a helpful review for the hosts so they can see their property as guests see their property. It's a nice place in a nice neighborhood and pretty much close to everything but in Branson walking just isn't practical and we of course knew that. Everything was nice but the bathrooms need updating. It would be nice if a property being advertised as no steps also had comfort height toilets, it's makes a difference when you are 70. The bench in the bathroom makes it really treacherous to get in and out of the shower, it was in the way. The bathroom floors could have been cleaner in the corners and behind the toilet. One of the toilets rocked, it was not tight to the floor I'm surprised it didn't leak. We also found a pair of dirty panties draped over the bottom of the folding chair in the closet. They would have been hard to spot unless you moved the chair so it's a fair oversight but just a heads up they are still there. Again, not trying to be critical, the rest of the place was nice and gaining access was super easy when we arrived.

We took our 93 year-old father back to visit friends in Branson. The unit had no stairs, which was great. The unit was clean, comfortable, quiet and COOL! It was close to the grocery store and restaurants, making it easy to get together with people. We loved staying here, and the price is reasonable.

When we arrived at the condo, it had been missed by the cleaners, as the beds were unmade. After making a phone call, they were quickly there to clean & we made a quick Walmart run to pick up a few things we forgot. We understand that things happen & it was quickly resolved & our cleaning fee was refunded. The water dispenser on the fridge was very slow, like a tiny trickle. Maybe a new filter, idk. A couple things I will mention that won’t be important to all guests but was for us. I have MS & use a mobility scooter so the “no stairs” was vital. However, there is a curb without an ada cut out ramp, so I had to be lifted over the curb every time when going in & out. Also, cars are allowed to park directly in front of the sidewalk which made it a little tricky for me to have space to get off the sidewalk. Again, nothing to hold against the condo owner. Really it’s more about ada compliance & probably not something most people even think about. But we enjoyed the condo & had a good stay.
