Fun Stay At The Super Mario Retreat

Spacious and clean house with a fun pool and game room which kids will love. Host was attentive and has a super great property manager named Chris! There's always things you need help with and Chris was there on the spot! So nice to have everything running smoothly for you when on vacation. The host is creative with their Mario theme. Very clever.

We stayed with 4 families with plenty of little kids (2-8). The pool was awesome, spa awesome, arcade awesome. Everyone had a great time. The hosts were very communicative and accommodating. Check in was a breeze, and plenty of markets and stores to get anything you need. Location is very nice and quiet. We had an amazing stay and would love to stay again. If we're being nitpicky, the property could use an outdoor shower, and some shower handles in the bathrooms to accommodate kids...

PRE-CHECK-IN PROCESS
After you book your stay, you will receive a link from Akia to complete the pre-check-in process. This includes:

1. Providing the names of all guests.
2. Telling us your arrival time at the home for a welcome walk-through with our team.
3. Securely uploading your ID, as required by local laws in the Desert and HOA rules in Hawaii.
4. Agreeing to your reservation terms, such as check-in and check-out dates and the number of occupants.

Once you finish this process, you will access your personal guest area online. This area has everything you need for your stay, including the home address, access codes (available 24 hours before check-in), team contact information, and property details.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
We provide some hotel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your convenience. We do not supply cooking spices, sprays, cling wraps, or zip-lock bags, but we can give you a list of local stores to help you resupply. We want to make sure you have a comfortable stay.

Pool heating is part of your reservation. The maximum temperature is set at 84 degrees. If you want to heat the pool above this temperature it is an additional fee. The highest allowed temperature for pools is 89 degrees.
