Resting at the glen of two knolls in Silver Lake, our dwelling offers three levels of independent Studio Apartment Suites. Each floor is its own private studio apartment, holds a unique essence, and is appointed with queen-sized beds, contemporary kitchenettes, and distinctive bathrooms.
This is an unplugged-by-design stay—there are no TVs in the suites, allowing guests to fully unwind, reset, and enjoy a quieter rhythm during their visit.
All guests are welcome to enjoy the lush garden courtyard, complete with a tranquil fountain and shaded seating beneath a canopy of mature trees—an inviting place to pause throughout the day.
From the shared rooftop terrace, take in sweeping views of the Griffith Park Observatory and surrounding rolling hills—glowing with sunrise light and fading into classic golden-hour Southern California sunsets. A natural place to start and end the day.

The listing price is for one Studio Apartment Suite, regardless of the floor you select. We will do our best to accommodate your selected apartment.
Our Studio Apartment Suites do not contain television sets, so if you choose to stay with us, bring along your favorite book, or play one of the many board games available to all guests.
Also note that we are on a main thoroughfare of the city. If you are a light sleeper, bring your earplugs :-)
