This beachside tropical studio includes chic décor and a private patio.

Villa 303 is located on the Gulf side of Destin West Beach & Bay Resort. This vacation rental includes a kitchenette, breakfast bar, two entertainment centers, and private balcony. The studio is decorated with a chic, tropical theme.

The bathroom includes a luxurious garden tub, extra hair dryer, and large walk-in shower. The condo is tiled throughout. Enjoy free WiFi, and fresh, salt air off the Gulf Coast on your private patio.

Guests enjoy full access to the beach, bay, swimming pools, jacuzzi spas and lazy river at Destin West. Daily linen exchange available (upon request)

Awesome Resort!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Just alright

When we first arrived there was no toilet paper and the toilet water supply did not exist, and there was a wrench in the tank of the toilet. So no toilet. I feel like maintenance dropped the ball and maybe it was supposed to have been fixed before my arrival. The maintenance man did get it fixed by around 8:30. Overall, this villa was just ok. It needs serious updating or just maintenance. The chair cushions and bar stools have stains all over them. The knob on the stovetop is broken and the rug is stained and has a huge burn mark right in the middle of it. I feel like the money spent on this room is enough to keep rugs and upholstery cleaned when need be. I stayed at Destin West on the Bay side in 2007 and felt like I was living in luxury. This time, in this villa I felt like everything was unclean, including the shower floor. Flip flops were worn in the shower. Looks like some cleaner with bleach and a scrub brush could do the trick. We also had an issue the first night with teens kicking all the doors on our floor several times up till about midnight. I don’t blame the host for that, just that the floor we were on is a high traffic walkway as it was where the sky bridge that connects to the bay side of Destin West and how people get over to get to the beach area. Just dumb kids playing an annoying prank. The real reason I picked to come to Destin West is the Lazy river. So that basically saved the experience for me.

Do not rent

This property was awful. First of all it was very dated and dirty. The shower was so disgusting I had to take shower with shoes on. The furniture was old and dingy. The cooktop was old and knobs broken. The appliances were so old they were yellow. There was a big black stain on carpet. The pull out sofa was very uncomfortable and the bed was super squeaky. For the money this resort charges this was unacceptable! Will never stay again.
