This condo was amazing, loved everything about it! Very clean!! The pools and hot tubs were great and the pool next to the building is quieter than the one on the beach if you want to relax. The pedway was very convenient as well. The elevators were slow due to it being 21 floors but it wasn’t bad. Would definitely rent again!

Still giving 5 stars because the property was wonderful, but there are a few things that could be better. We never received the parking code so we had to wander around and find someone to give it to us so we could park. Not a huge deal but a little frustrating after a 15 hour drive. They need to update the parking protocol in their communication, it says repeatedly that you need a pass and there are no passes. While I understand you want to keep the tomfoolery at a minimum in these resorts, the security in this resort were downright rude. Threatening to “evict” people for their 4 year old child not having the bracelet on, threatening to evict (while screaming from across the street) because a visitor almost accessed the wrong door to enter the pool - innocent mistake by a tourist and could have been met with a polite “you can’t use that door” instead of screaming. People pay thousands to stay there, a little kindness goes a long way. As far as the property and our stay it was fantastic. The view was beautiful, beds were very comfortable, all of the kitchen supplies you would need, very clean and cozy. We would definitely stay here again if it weren’t for the security guard making us feel like we were in a prison and any innocent misstep would get us “evicted” as he likes to yell at people.

Sorry about the parking-code mixup after your long drive — that was frustrating. We will update our arrival communications to clarify the parking protocol and pass this along to the on-site team. I also apologize for the rude, threatening behavior you encountered from resort security; that is not the experience we expect our guests to have. Your feedback has been shared with resort management so they can address staff conduct and ensure enforcement is handled professionally and kindly. Fourth of July Stay

We truly enjoyed our stay. The only two negatives were: we couldn't get the tv's to work properly and the sliding door in the den was extremely hard to open and close. Other than that, it was great!

Perfect family getaway

The pictures of the property don’t do it justice! The condo was so clean and spacious, bigger than the pictures made it appear. :) The master bedroom closet was the perfect size for our pack n play that we had set up for our 16 month old. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need! Truly, we had a great family vacation! Amenities were great as well and the room had a great view of the beach. The only con I would say to the whole trip was the cost of parking, 60. So just be prepared for that! Would highly recommend staying here and we hope to go back again soon! :)
