The Space:
Welcome to your private retreat in the heart of Los Angeles—simple, comfortable, and fully equipped with the essentials for an easy stay. The unit features a king-size bed with soft cotton bedding, a sofa bed for extra guests, and a living area with two lounge chairs and a dining table for four. The kitchen includes all the basics, such as a coffee maker, microwave, fridge, cookware, and utensils. Unwind in the bathroom with a tub, shower, and fresh cotton towels, or relax with your favorite shows on the Roku TV. Stay comfortable year-round with window A/C, and take advantage of the small office space with a desk, Herman Miller chair, and storage cabinet. Building amenities include an outdoor pool and an on-site laundry room for added convenience.

You will have the entire apartment to yourself.

For shopping enthusiasts, you’ll find high-end boutiques and vintage stores just a short walk away. Dine at trendy local eateries or hike the scenic trails of Runyon Canyon for a perfect blend of city and nature.
Getting Around:
Transportation is simple and convenient from this prime location. With a private parking spot in the building’s garage, exploring LA by car is stress-free. Prefer public transit? The Hollywood/Highland Metro station is nearby, offering easy access to Universal Studios, Downtown LA, and more. Rideshare services are readily available, and many attractions are within walking distance, making this the ideal location to experience the best of Hollywood.

SUPPLIES:
Please note, only basic amenities are provided for this unit. If you need a specific amenity, please confirm its availability before you book. Starter toiletries (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.) are not included. Starter Kitchen Essentials and Cleaning Supplies (Dish Soap, Paper Towels, Sponge, Etc.) not included.
APPLICATION AND FEES:
**All guests are required to complete an application, which includes a credit and background check. The application fee is $39.99. Additionally, guests must complete an identity verification process.
**A $1,250 security deposit will be added to all booking reservations. This deposit is fully refundable upon checkout, less any deductions for damages. It must be paid directly to the host upon booking confirmation and will be returned within 21 days after move-out. Please note: the deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
**All guests must sign a lease agreement directly with the host and agree to all terms and conditions outlined therein.
**Pets are welcome in our units! A refundable $500 pet deposit will be required, along with a pet rent of $2.16 per pet, per night.
**A one-time cleaning fee of $299 will be added to the first month's rent. This fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
**Optional housekeeping service is available for $299 per visit. This includes deep cleaning, fresh linens and towels, and restocking of essential cleaning and grooming supplies.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
**Move in after 4 pm.
**Move out by 11 am.
**Early check in/ late check out are each $75 subject to availability.
**This space is non-smoking.
**Please note that you will be charged for any damages to linens, cookware, furniture, fixtures or other items that we find after you check out.
