I've been going back to this location four or five times now with some buddies on a fishing trip on the Mississippi River, the location is awesome to where we fish, the trailer we stay in is very clean and they also have an attached outside screen porch that we can sit in and enjoy the outdoors, the host is very nice and responds quickly should you need anything.

Our stay was very nice. The housing was very comfortable and we felt 'at home'. Host responded promptly in all communications. Everything was well stocked in the kitchen to bathroom, etc. Seasonal room was very nice and spacious. The view of sunsets were wonderful and seeing the many pods of pelicans during our stay was mesmerizing. We would definately stay again!

We did not have pets but it would be very welcoming, this is my second time staying here for a fishing trip on the river and again it did not disappoint, the outdoor patio is an excellent place to hang out being that it is completely enclosed with windows so you don't have to worry about those nasty mosquitoes. Will definitely stay again.

This place has a beautiful view . It was nice to sit on the back deck and look out at the Mississippi River and watch the trains go by. The night sky was also beautiful to look at, so dark of feels like you can see every star in the sky. We will definitely be booking a much longer stay.

Beautiful location and friendly host. We had a perfect overnight with everything we needed. Worth the views of the river and the bluffs. We were able to see the full moon set over the Mississippi from the comfort of the cozy living room. Great for a quick get away!

The stay was overall very good! We had some reservations when it came to the location, just because while it is private, it’s right across from what we would call a busy road (if there hadn’t been construction) and active rail road. The views were gorgeous, and the accommodations were just what we needed!
The view from the back porch during sunset!

Came up to stay for the County Line music festival. Easy to get back and forth.

Plenty of space inside and enough room outside to set up bag boards.

Absolutely stunning location. The host was great and the property was clean. We watched the most amazing thunderstorm the last night across the Mississipi. I highly recommend visiting Pikes Peak in IA if staying here.
