This charming corner one-bedroom unit boasts an open-concept living room and a massive kitchen perfect for your culinary needs. The bedroom features a luxurious queen-size bed, and the spacious living area includes two large accent chairs, ideal for accommodating extra guests.

A flat-screen Roku TV provides endless entertainment, while a spacious desk makes working from home comfortable and efficient. The dining table with seating for four is perfect for meals or casual work sessions. The kitchen is equipped with basic supplies.

** Parking: The building does not provide parking. While street parking is available, we recommend renting a parking spot in a public lot next door, just a couple of minutes' walk from the building. Monthly parking is available for $185.
** Building amenities: On-site laundry room, ongoing support from the management team, and an on-site representative.
** Please note, only basic amenities are provided for this unit. If you need a specific amenity, please confirm its availably before you book. Starter toiletries (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.) are not included. Starter Kitchen Essentials and Cleaning Supplies (Dish Soap, Paper Towels, Sponge, Etc) not included.
** Move in after 4PM; Move out by 11 AM.
** This space is non-smoking.
** Housekeeping: Our rental doesn't include on-going housekeeping. We will not be refreshing any towels and sheets during your mid-term stay.

Whether you're exploring the neighborhood or venturing further afield, Koreatown's central location puts you at the heart of the action while offering a peaceful retreat to return to.

Other Things to Note:
By proceeding with this booking or inquiry, please acknowledge that any confirmation received is conditional and subject to cancellation by the Host and/or Landlord unless the following conditions are met:

**The Guest must pay the required Security Deposit. The Security Deposit is fully refundable upon checkout, subject to deductions for any damages. This deposit must be paid directly to the Landlord at booking confirmation, and will be returned by the Landlord after move-out. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
**The Guest must sign the lease agreement directly with the Host and/or Landlord and accept all terms and conditions outlined therein.
**The Guest must successfully complete an Identification Verification process as required by the Host and/or Landlord.
**The Guest must successfully complete an application process, which includes a credit and background check, as required by the Host and/or Landlord.
**Pets are welcomed! There will be an additional $500 Refundable Pet Deposit, and $2.16 per pet per night rent payments.

Failure to fulfill these conditions may result in the cancellation of the booking without liability to the Host or Landlord.
