The Space:
This corner one-bedroom unit features an open-concept living area and a spacious kitchen ideal for cooking and entertaining. The bedroom offers a queen-size bed, while the living room includes two accent chairs, a Roku TV, a dining table for four, and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
The unit is equipped with basic kitchen supplies, a full bathroom with towels, and generous closet space for easy organization. On-site amenities include a laundry room, ongoing management support, and an on-site representative to ensure a comfortable, worry-free stay.
Guest Access:
You will have the entire apartment to yourself.
The Neighborhood:
Located at 530 S. Kenmore, Los Angeles, CA 90020, this one-bedroom unit places you in the vibrant heart of Koreatown. Known for its lively energy, diverse dining options, and cultural charm, Koreatown offers something for everyone. Explore nearby hotspots like authentic Korean BBQ restaurants, trendy coffee shops, and eclectic bars. You're also just minutes away from Downtown LA and Hollywood, ensuring convenient access to Los Angeles’ most iconic attractions.
Getting Around:
Navigating Los Angeles from Koreatown is simple and convenient. The studio is centrally located near public transit options, including Metro stations and bus lines, making it easy to reach Downtown LA, Hollywood, and beyond. Whether you're exploring the neighborhood or venturing further afield, Koreatown's central location puts you at the heart of the action while offering a peaceful retreat to return to.
Other Things to Note:
PARKING:
The building does not provide parking. While street parking is available, we recommend renting a parking spot in a public lot next door, just a couple of minutes' walk from the building. Monthly parking is available for $185.
SUPPLIES:
Please note, only basic amenities are provided for this unit. If you need a specific amenity, please confirm its availability before you book. Starter toiletries (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.) are not included. Starter Kitchen Essentials and Cleaning Supplies (Dish Soap, Paper Towels, Sponge, Etc.) not included.
APPLICATION AND FEES:
**All guests are required to complete an application, which includes a credit and background check. The application fee is $39.99. Additionally, guests must complete an identity verification process.
**A $1,250 security deposit will be added to all booking reservations. This deposit is fully refundable upon checkout, less any deductions for damages. It must be paid directly to the host upon booking confirmation and will be returned within 21 days after move-out. Please note: the deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
**All guests must sign a lease agreement directly with the host and agree to all terms and conditions outlined therein.
**Pets are welcome in our units! A refundable $500 pet deposit will be required, along with a pet rent of $2.16 per pet, per night.
**A one-time cleaning fee of $299 will be added to the first month's rent. This fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
**Optional housekeeping service is available for $299 per visit. This includes deep cleaning, fresh linens and towels, and restocking of essential cleaning and grooming supplies.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
**Move in after 4 pm.
**Move out by 11 am.
**Early check in/ late check out are each $75 subject to availability.
**This space is non-smoking.
**Please note that you will be charged for any damages to linens, cookware, furniture, fixtures or other items that we find after you check out.
