The Space:
Discover modern comfort and convenience in this fully furnished studio, ideally located in the heart of East Hollywood. Perfect for professionals, medical visitors, or travelers, the unit is just steps from Kaiser Permanente, CHA Hollywood Presbyterian, and the Metro Red Line. Inside, you’ll find a queen-size bed with soft cotton sheets, a cozy living area with two lounge chairs, and a kitchen equipped with essential appliances (dishwasher not included). The bathroom is stocked with 100% cotton towels, and a 40-inch Roku TV provides easy access to your favorite streaming services. Additional perks include ample closet space, an on-site laundry room, dedicated management support, and an on-site representative for a seamless stay.
Guest Access:
You will have the entire apartment to yourself.

Located in East Hollywood, 1221 North Vermont Avenue is surrounded by the energy and convenience of a central LA hub. Just steps from Kaiser Permanente and CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center, it’s ideal for those needing close hospital access. The neighborhood offers a mix of trendy cafés, diverse dining, and easy public transit, with quick access to Los Feliz, Silver Lake, and Griffith Park.
Getting Around:
1221 North Vermont Avenue offers excellent connectivity for exploring Los Angeles. The Vermont/Sunset Metro Red Line Station is just a 7-minute walk away, providing direct access to Downtown LA, Hollywood, and Universal City. Several Metro bus lines run along Vermont Ave and Sunset Blvd, making it easy to reach West Hollywood, Koreatown, and Santa Monica. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and bike/scooter rentals offer convenient short-distance travel. Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis—check posted signs for restrictions.

SUPPLIES:
Please note, only basic amenities are provided for this unit. If you need a specific amenity, please confirm its availability before you book. Starter toiletries (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.) are not included. Starter Kitchen Essentials and Cleaning Supplies (Dish Soap, Paper Towels, Sponge, Etc.) not included.
APPLICATION AND FEES:
**All guests are required to complete an application, which includes a credit and background check. The application fee is $39.99. Additionally, guests must complete an identity verification process.
**A $1,250 security deposit will be added to all booking reservations. This deposit is fully refundable upon checkout, less any deductions for damages. It must be paid directly to the host upon booking confirmation and will be returned within 21 days after move-out. Please note: the deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
**All guests must sign a lease agreement directly with the host and agree to all terms and conditions outlined therein.
**Pets are welcome in our units! A refundable $500 pet deposit will be required, along with a pet rent of $2.16 per pet, per night.
**A one-time cleaning fee of $299 will be added to the first month's rent. This fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
**Optional housekeeping service is available for $299 per visit. This includes deep cleaning, fresh linens and towels, and restocking of essential cleaning and grooming supplies.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
**Move in after 4 pm.
**Move out by 11 am.
**Early check in/ late check out are each $75 subject to availability.
**This space is non-smoking.
**Please note that you will be charged for any damages to linens, cookware, furniture, fixtures or other items that we find after you check out.
