Beautiful 1 bedroom Ocean View guest house located in Potrero, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Home has a small pool and ocean view deck with a fully equipped kitchen, one and a half bathrooms, laundry, bedroom and pull out sofa in the living area. Enjoy the jungle and the ocean view from this unique private home located in the mountains. 4x4 vehicle is recommended. Property is located only 7 driving minutes to the beach.
A 4x4 vehicle is recommended for access — it’s the perfect spot to disconnect and stay close to some of the best beaches.
This property is out off the monkey trail, towards the back of Potrero.
The road leading to the house is dirt and bumpy. It is best accessed with 4x4, especially if it rains.
