Family-friendly, spacious and central, with comfortable spaces inside and out.

The space
The first floor is open-concept with 2 living rooms in the front and back, and the kitchen and dining room in between. The back living room has an adjoining full bath (shower) and opens onto the back patio. The second floor has all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an office. The third floor is a bonus space and includes a queen-sized bed and a pull-out sofa. There is laundry in the basement.
Other things to note
There's a rowing machine and stationary bike in the basement, bikes and scooters for small kids in the outdoor shed, and a full size picnic table in the backyard. Off-street parking on the side of the house can be made available -- just let us know if this is something you'll need.
