On the ground floor you’ll find a large TV/movie room, treadmill room, and walkout terraced garden, gas grill and fire pit.

The second floor includes an open kitchen and dining area with seating for up to 10 guests as well as two bedrooms, each with their own full bath.

On the top floor you’ll find the primary suite, an additional bedroom and bath, and lounge / bar - complete with a Wabi-Sabi Japanese futon, 2nd refrigerator, Ortal gas fireplace and 15’ wood-lined ceilings that frame the spectacular views.

Every floor has exterior decks that are connected by a spiral staircase.

Hassle-free street parking is available out front, no permits needed - a rare find in Boston!

There is also a large parking lot at the end of the street where you will find the Constitution Beach tennis / pickleball courts, baseball fields and ice rink, as well as access to the East Boston Greenway and swimming during the summer.

If you prefer public transport, the Wood Island T station is a 15-minute walk away.

Check in instructions for the smart lock will be sent 48 hours prior to arrival.

Our standard check-in time is 2 PM and checkout 10 AM. We are happy to accommodate early arrivals/late departures when the schedule permits. Best to ask a day or two before your arrival.

No parties - We are on a quiet residential street and parties are strictly prohibited. Our neighbors are only 3 feet away and we will be alerted to any excessive noise.

No pets - *If our cleaners find pet hair or other evidence that pets were present during your stay there will be an additional $500 cleaning fee.*

No smoking inside - Smoking is only permitted outside in the backyard. Please property dispose of butts in the outdoor trashcan under the spiral staircase.
