Unwind in Lodi at this charming cottage. With 2 queen beds in 2 cozy bedrooms and a living room with 2 full beds, this welcoming retreat is perfect for small groups or families. Great location on Seneca Lake, just a short drive to wineries, farm markets, breweries, waterfalls, hiking, and more. Right on the water, with a beautiful shale beach and large dock to relax on. Enjoy amazing sunsets from our upper deck over Seneca Lake! Quiet, peaceful and truly relaxing.

Need to know:
There are 51 stairs from the parking area to the house. The stairs are wide with a few landings.
The property is located down a dirt road. Four wheel drive is not necessary, but it is best to take it slow.
The house has a shore well and it is not recommended to drink the tap water.

Please be respectful of the neighbors. It is a small and close community, with shared access on the road and stairs. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am.
Trash and recycling must be taken with you. We do not have trash collection out here. Do not leave trash outside. We have a lot of wildlife!
Do NOT light the grill right next to the siding of the house. Turn off space heaters while not in the house.

Hi, I'm Amy, and I'm from the Finger Lakes area in Central New York. I've grew up in this area, and it is truly one of the most beautiful places I've been to. It's been my dream to own a property on Seneca lake, and now I get to share it with you all!

My cottage is nestled down at the water's edge on the east side of Seneca Lake. It feels like a tiny community far from the rest of the world. But in reality, it's super close to the best of central NY! History, hiking, forests, farms and markets, wineries, distilleries, and breweries are all within 30 minutes drive. There's something for everyone!
