- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 faces towards the driveway and camera 2 is at the back door facing towards the backyard. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video & sound when activated by motion

Location was ideal for the event. House was very nice and could have used cleaning essentials. We went out to purchase dish and hand soaps and items such as aluminum foil so we could cook at the house. We didn’t make it to the hot tub but enjoyed several games of pool. Appreciated the flexibility with check out due to event schedule. Communication throughout was excellent and much appreciated. We will definitely return next year. Thank you!

The house was very clean and well stocked with towels, blankets (it was very chilly when we were there), and kitchen utensils. Lots of room, and centrally located on the Seneca Wine Trail. We had a very fun few days there.

The check-in process was a little challenging because I had to contact Evolve to ask for the instructions as we were pulling up but I received them right away when I asked.The kitchen was great and had everything we needed.

Great location for exploring

This location was great for exploring Lake Seneca, vineyards, Geneva, Watkins Glen. We had only a few days but could get anywhere easily from here. House is huge! Set up what you would expect from an older home with bathroom not connected to bedrooms. House had all provisions we needed and Joe, the house manager was extremely responsive and friendly.

Great location near the wineries

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this home. The location between Cayuga and Seneca was perfect to visit the many wineries in the area. We also loved the character of this house; while obviously built in a different era, the updates improved the home while retaining the charm. We will definitely check here for availability for future trips!

Extended weekend in Ovid

The house was great and we all really enjoyed the pool table. We travelled to Geneva, Watkins Glen and Ithaca during our stay and house was perfectly, centrally located.

Great Location

Great location! Close to the main highway that most of the wineries are on, without being on the actual highway. Much lower volume of traffic. Besides, the closest wineries, Boundary Breaks, we probably my favorite of the weekend, and that is about three minutes away.

Wonderful place to stay!

House was just as described and shown. We enjoyed it! Plenty of room for the dogs to run even though it was -20 degrees with the wind chill! Would definitely stay again.

All you need

This place had everything you need! It’s spacious and large and great for a big group of people. They had plenty of extra blankets for the really cold days. Everything was clean and organized when we got there!

Very convenient location and big house. Couple down sides were there are no TVs and you are not able to control the AC or heat. Other than that it was a good stay

Nice location near Seneca lake

We enjoyed the very spacious house located in a quiet area close to Seneca lake., finger lakes national forest and wineries.The house had a nice deck to sit out on and could often see Amish horse carriages trotting by.A large yard which our dogs enjoyed.

Very spacious and welcoming space with several common areas. The house was clean and close to several attractions. There is a grocery store just 5 mins from the house so it was very convenient for times we decided to stay in and make our own meals. Would highly recommend!
