Snowbird Season runs from November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

We're within walking distance of shopping and restaurants and only a block or two away from the Big Kahuna's, Destin's fun waterpark. Walk only 300 feet to the beach. No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the heated pool. From this lovely complex, you'll experience the sights and sounds of the ocean, watch a sunrise or sunset over the water, or the sailboats and fishing boats go by.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square-foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!  Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Best Ever

This was the nicest condo that we have ever stayed in. It was so clean, amenities were just as listed. Plus little extra touches that just made you feel at home. Beautiful Facility. Will definalty stay here again.

We were able to piggyback on another unit’s modem, so no biggie, but the system needs some work. All of the office staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect location on Holiday Isle convenient to all the restaurants. We would love to come back again but we will delay until October next year rather than the peak of hurricane season. The weather sucked.

Great condo and location!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was just as pictured in the listing and beautiful, the beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked, nice furniture inside and on the deck, we would definitely stay here again. It’s very close to all things Destin, and short drive to everything else. The only negative is we had a pair of shoes stolen off the rack at the beach entrance our last morning. This is nothing toward the unit or facility, just be cautious leaving your shoes at the beach entrance.

Beautiful Condo/Great Location

We stayed in this unit for a week for a baseball trip. We were so close to everything. The property was under renovation at the time, but that didn't spoil our stay. Our unit was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The master bath was stunning!

Nice except for construction

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love shoreline towers and always come here when we go to Destin. This unit was our most favorite that we have ever stayed in. However, the construction was not as portrayed in our initial contract. It is not a phased project as was stated. The entire complex was a mess. I had confirmed that our balcony in tower 1 would be completed. However,when you can't enjoy being on the balcony because of construction noises (jack hammer, a generator runnning the power washing right under your balcony, etc). Waking up two mornings to a jack hammer going starting at 7:30 am under the building (we were on the second floor so it was so loud we couldn't hear each other speak) for hours was frustrating. We did not start getting the construction update emails until after we had paid our final deposit which since it was passed the time we could cancel made them pointless. I will say when we went to inform the rental office, they were very kind and gave us a 15% refund. I'm still not sure I would have paid $2000 to come and be annoyed most of the week at the noises though and be in a complete construction zone since all 3 towers, the townhomes, and the main office were being worked on while we were there (again, not the phased work stated in the contract). The beach staff were awesome as always.

Week in august

The location and decor of this condo very nice. It’s an older building and we experienced leaks in ceiling when the rains from effects of hurricane came. It was in master bedroom near where my clothes were. The maintenance ppl were helpful, giving us towels to lay down. Elevators in this condo need a facelift. Beds uncomfortable.

Lovely condo steps from the beach

Check in was quick and easy. Condo was spotless. Kitchen well appointed. Condo was on the bottom floor just a few steps to the beach. King bed mattress could be better (indentation from sleep patterns - we sunk into the bed rather than resting on top of it) but we managed to sleep. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Although you don’t get the view like the higher floors, I liked the convenience of the location and no elevator needed. The unit was nice and had upgrades but the king mattress was in terrible shape. Very indebted and I did not sleep well any of the nights there. I like the location of the towers but there are way too many set ups on the beach and they’re extremely close together. So recommending this place is more of a maybe than a yes.

Great location and views

This was a great condo. Had some small items with cleanliness (crackers from previous renters under kids beds) but it was a very small issue. The location is perfect for the beach, the boardwalk, and all the things to do in Destin. Going to dinner or out for the day, the longest we were in the car was 10 minutes. Walk to the beach and easy to rent chairs to sit and relax all day.
