We sincerely apologize that your stay fell short of expectations, particularly regarding cleanliness, maintenance issues, and the kitchen setup as this is not the standard we strive to provide at Southern Vacation Rentals. We do see that these concerns were reported during your stay to our 24/7 Guest Services team and were promptly escalated to our local Property Managers. We regret that these issues, including the lighting and coffee maker, were not resolved in a timely manner and understand how frustrating this must have been. We also apologize for the confusion regarding the late check-out request. We understand how this change impacted your plans and added to your disappointment.
